“I went to Timeless Treasures for a watch battery and found a new jeweler. Kathleen is amazing… very welcoming with no pressure. As I was exiting the store I saw a sign to have my ring checked… wow was I lucky. Kathleen looked at it and told me the only thing holding my diamond in was my DNA. She arranged to have the basket replaced. In the end she saved me money by having it fixed and cleaned.. it looked like a new ring. I’m going to be looking for a new setting for my ring and I will definitely go and see Kathleen.. Timeless Treasures has become my jewelry store.”

“We have been to Salem so many times, and somehow I never noticed this incredible shop until this past weekend, and now it is my new very favorite store! It is an absolute wonderland of beauty, and is filled with items to delight those of us with quirky little vintage souls. My whole family loved it so much that we stopped in, shopped, and returned a second time for a few more items when we were leaving. I'm already daydreaming about my next trip there so I can stockpile more whimsical wares!”

“I decided to hop over to Salem on a Sunday afternoon after a conference ended. It was a cold and rainy April day and lots of places had already closed but I saw this place had their lights on from a distance. I hopped through the ran and was so happy I did! It was such a quaint place with the friendliest owner and really cute stuff, not just decor but bath and skincare things too! I will definitely come back when I get to explore Salem on a longer visit.”

“First time visitor to Salem in October, of course it’s always very crowded, but I have to tell you that this store had the most beautiful aesthetic, the most items, and well educated staff to help help with any of your spiritual needs. Melissa was absolutely gracious and such a warm, helpful, knowledgeable person, the young man at the door that was monitoring how many shoppers were in the store at one time was very courteous and gracious, and between the items available, the knowledge of the staff, and the overall ambience of this place, it was amazing other stores in Salem can be gimmicky or looking to exploit Salem’s history, but this is such a beautiful authentic helpful shop. I would absolutely recommend it as a must see if you visit Salem. I am so excited to find out also that they have an Instagram page and a website as well so for those of us that are tourists like myself, we can still have access to such a wonderful resource. Thanks for a great experience!”
