They almost always have what we need. Staff is friendly. One star loss because employees are scarce when you need help. Cashier is constantly off helping because no one else is around. In all fairness, this has occurred in EVERY single PetSmart I've ever been in.

I have had a couple of great experiences shoping and checking out at the Salem PetSmart. I have had difficulty adding the online coupons to my PetSmart account, but one of their cashiers named Rob has been very helpful in applying those discounts for me.
