“We rarely check the gauge on our propane tank because in the 10+ years that we've lived in our home it has not needed a lot of attention (only used for cooking). Insert Karma which shined on us midway through cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner after what felt like so many holidays where we weren't able to safely gather. Our hopes were low for an emergency delivery, but Bill saved the day! He was friendly, understanding, quick to respond, and truly saved our holiday. He also helped us get setup for more routine monitoring. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Amerigas decided our propane tank needed replacement. They called well ahead of the actual visit to let us know they would doing that and that we didn't need to be at home. When the crew arrived, they simply removed and then replaced the tank, which was then filled via a delivery tanker. The individuals were efficient and easy to approach. One came to the door to explain that they would weigh the tank to determine how much gas remained, for a full refund that will be applied to the next bill. Easy and fast. Thanks!”
