The Salem Inn is a wonderful and fabulous historic inn, outstanding in every aspect. It offers lovely, beautiful, cozy, comfy, and warm rooms, some with an electric fireplace. The staff is incredibly gracious, helpful, kind, hospitable, attentive, personable, professional, and on the ball. Checking in and out is seamless with convenient keyless entry.
The complimentary breakfast is tasty and a complete offering with a variety of options, served in a cute dining area. The location is excellent, right next to Essex Street and within walking distance of shops, sites, restaurants, and wonderful history. Parking can be a bit challenging but is manageable. Guests highly recommend it as a first choice and a go-to for accommodations, promising to return on their next visit to Salem or the surrounding areas.
The room was wonderful, the breakfast was so good. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The location was spot on, an easy walk through Salem, and to the train station to get to other towns. Beauty and comfort combined. 10/10
