“I have been shopping at my local Hampton NH Hannaford for over 5 years. Shopping there was my one stop shop. Recently, your management decided to remove 1/3 of an isle- of your room temperature beer. Which also happened to be a good selection! I asked an employee today where did all the beer go? And they told me that they did away with it as it was an inconvenience to “everybody”. Well as a consumer I have shopped at my local Hannaford knowing I was paying a premium, but you were “convenient” for me. But now you are not and I will have to make multiple stops if I shop with you. I can buy my beer at Prost. Or I can shop at Market Basket, and buy beer and groceries there- for cheaper. I am not mad at your revamping of the store, but while sitting in the beer isle scratching my head- at least 5 additional customers looked at me and were also displeased with the change. I hope this feedback can make a difference, in the mean time I’ll be at Market Basket.”

“If you've never experienced a small town pharmacy, you have to try it to know why they are generally much higher rated than the chains. And there may be no better place that Rowley Pharmacy.They may not carry as broad a range as the chains, they have almost anything you need, especially when it comes to Rx filling. They go out of their way to help you with getting what you need, and in the 18 months or so I've been a customer I have never once taken issue with their policies or actions. They work with my medical provider and although because of old habits dying hard, I have tended to call and confirm when a script was sent in, they have always been polite and accommodating, and never missed a beat.Lastly while their hours may be tighter than you are used to, I cannot help noticing how most chains have taken to reducing hours or even simply shuttering some of their locations. Kinda makes store hours less of an issue!”

“Best pharmacy in Amesbury and I've been to all the others in the area. Someone always acknowledges that your there, unlike the other places I've been to for prescriptions. Also you'll see the same people working there for years, whereas other places have new pharmacists and tech's coming and going. It's nice to not have to share personal information with a new pharmacists everytime you need a refill. What is now Walgreens has been Zeaks Furniture then Osco Drug, then Brooks Drug, then Rite Aid, now Walgreens and I wouldn't be surprised if I'm missing one more. I've seen several pharmacists and employees go through there. And CVS ... I won't even comment on that place.”

Also my experience I was and always have been treated with respect in Rite Aid no matter how you're dressed or look or age or whom you're with! All Associates still Friendly caring how far fast and efficient! The store is also very clean and conveniently located! I must mention Rite Aid in Exeter is so much better to do business with than the Walgreens in Exeter! Trust me on that!”

“Several of my family went for PCR Covid Tests needed at different times for travel. All got the results back the next day around 7pm. It seems that it doesn't matter when you go in for the test, the result becomes available next day around 7pm. The web site asked for insurance information, I didn't pay, not sure whether it'll be on insurance or not. I was worrying that I wouldn't be able to get the result in time for my travel, but I'd say the turnaround time is truly just 24 to 32 hours if you take the test on Monday to Thursday. The clerks and the website don't give out any promise when the result becomes available. But what a big relief that we all got our tests needed for traveling! Thanks Walgreens and Aegis Lab!”

Pharmacists always take time to answer questions, and I am confident in their ability to process drug interactions, drug use and related issues of safety. “With Rite Aid closing I'd switched my prescriptions to CVS in Stratham. They however did not have my reflux medication in stock. So 1.5 hrs before closing I requested it be filled at this CVS in Seabrook. My medication has not been covered by insurance for years so I use goodrx. I'd have to call and explain every month to sort it out. The staff at this pharmacy were so kind, and patient. They already had a previous coupon on file and could fill it for 3 months at a lower price than I'd found! I honestly was so used to the run around and didn't comprehend that they'd filled it that quickly. I'm so grateful for the staff at their pharmacy. I looked around while waiting. It's a small CVS but it's well stocked with good prices and, most importantly, great service.”

I called Salisbury, and the pharmacist answered right away. And transferred our prescriptions. I am extremely grateful and the woman was polite, incurtious, so thank you.”
