Best Buy is a brick-and-mortar store where customers can see and touch technology products before buying them. The store is clean, but its setup feels off at times, with periods where few employees are visible. Service experiences vary significantly. Some customers report very good and helpful service, with patient employees who explain things in an easy way, which fosters loyalty. However, other visits reveal a lack of available help, with employees sometimes difficult to find on the floor. When located, some staff can lack empathy and friendliness, appearing not very trained and unable to answer questions about the products. Inventory can be limited, with items sometimes only available for order rather than immediate purchase. This leads some to feel physical stores are slowly dying, as the overall experience can feel like the way things are now.
Just a weird setup. The place at times feels as though no employees are around. The entire setup of this store feels off. It's clean but it seems destined to close within the next year or two and that just may be the final nail n the coffin for the once beloved square one mall.
