“I came into this store after Best Buy who tried to fix my frozen phone they did take the phone though for a half hour hooked it up and restarted it when I got there he told me bad news that it wouldn’t turn on. I went into this store spoke to the girl behind the counter and all of a sudden she got the phone to turn on. I would highly recommend this store.!!”
“Absolutely appreciate Josh and the team over there?? always keeping me happy. And from what I see several others too??keep it up the best T-Mobile in my area. Thank you. I would absolutely give them a ribbon of the best in town.”

“Jonah is AMAZING!!! My smart watch broke and I needed a new asap and he got me the best deal :) he was very knowledgeable about all of the watches and phones. His trainee was Isaiah and he was also very helpful and super nice too. I will definitely be going back to this store from now on”
“Great prices, great convenience, easy to come and go. You can’t go wrong. Great customer service. Can get just about everything here. Just got a roll of TP. Guess what? It wasn’t 1 ply. It was 2 ply. No toilet paper bunnies in my buisness. Great toilet paper for 7/11 Brand.”

“Bought a mini fridge and had a great experience. The guy who brought it out was so nice. He realized it wouldn't fit in my trunk and figured out how to get it into the back seat safely. He took great care not to scratch the car or hurt himself. What a gentleman!”
“Hello,
I am a grandmother 81 years old and I had the best experience at the Saugus Target.I was looking for the Lego Olivia Rodrigo Guitar. A tall young man helped me . He looked the Item up and said if there were none on the shelf there were 2 out back and told me it was in 6/g. Then there was another young man who took me to where the Lego was and handed it to me. You should be very proud that your staff was so helpful.
I was so excited I forgot their names.
Thank you,
Pamelyn Zermani”

“I live in the area and walk to grab a few items when I don’t feel like driving. This store has improved in the quality of fresh food and fresh baked items available. I often purchase apple turnover or mini tacos. Staff is friendly and quick. Hopefully they will continue improving”

“Can’t thank Martin and Kyle enough for helping me get my new phone! I had a terrible experience at a different TMobile and they made up for it. I wanted to walk out with any phone they had but Martin guided me on getting a phone that would work best for me. Safe to say he was right and I have my new phone that has enough storage! So pleasant, professional, funny and the store is amazing. Highly recommend going here for any phone help or any questions! They are both knowledgeable and friendly! 10 stars.”
