This is a terrible bank, always has a skipgote,Bill pay is a joke, take forever to get your bills pay, I got penalized with late fee and finance charge and lost a lot of my credit score because of this bank, they refused reimburse for the fees,I put in my payment to deliver in a certain date,Witch were not fulfilled, they posted on my account when my payment got there. Do not use there bill payment, it's really unreliable, there tech is running like pony express, this bank is still using beta and VHS, this bank is so outdated, when you try to get a resolution, all you will get is a runaround, phone number Witch leat you to another phone number, you get the idea. Don't bother with this bank, go to another bank. you will have a lest a better friendly people.

Terrible customer service. Been going to this bank for over 3 years. The staff used to be friendly and easy to work with. New hires are unfriendly and unprofessional.

Particular branch is lackluster. Use to be a good bank but now with all the new hires and what seems to be lack of training is begining to have the worst experience I have experienced. Need to bring back Alejandro!

Unresponsive, impossible to get in touch with. Tried to keep the business local, no local touch here. I recommend using lending tree, it works.

Worst bank, it’s the closest to my house and I always go when I have last minute things to do an ALWAYS regret it. Staff are rude.

Never thought a bank would lie as crazy as that sounds, I put in for a home equity loan and was pre approved for X amount and after giving the rest of my info I was told I was approved for a lower but modest amount but then a week later I call to check on the status of it to only find out that I was not gonna receive my loan.. no call, email or letter and I got the “I know sir but there’s not I can do” sad how you can put in your money to build equity but when you wanna borrow on it they give you the old middle finger

I have been customer of over 20 years. When I ran into a problem with my information they REFUSED to work with me. They never even returned my calls. I have so many issues with transfers and other transactions already that it does not break my heart to take all of my banking and business to a bank that supports me, THE CUSTOMER.
