I've been with Eastern BANK FOR ABOUT 30 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER FOUND THEM TO BE RUDE OR NASTEY !!! MY EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD .

Terrible customer service. Been going to this bank for over 3 years. The staff used to be friendly and easy to work with. New hires are unfriendly and unprofessional.
