I ship through eBay and drop my packages off here all of the time. It is very easy and they have a self serve kiosk where you can scan your prepaid labels and then just put the packages on the counter. There is rarely a line but using the kiosk guarantees no lines no waiting.

I would like to commend this store and hopefully their management sees this. I was in there last Thursday night and needed to get 9 Huge Boxes out to various offices for our company. This was important that the boxes arrive on time since they were items for Children for the Take Our Children To Work Event that was happening the following week. I already had the labels but shipping internationally requires a lot of extra effort with all the print outs, etc. I did not have time to print the labels at work. The store printed all the labels and customs forms ( I think you needed like 6 copies per box). They attached them all to the boxes and helped me make sure they got out on time. There was a senior woman there, too bad I did not get her name but she was helping train someone and she remained pretty patient to help him get it done an she was supposed to leave at 6pm but ended up staying til around 640 to get all my shipments out. I was very grateful because if the boxes did not get out that day I am pretty sure they will not arrive on time. The time was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. Thanks Saugus FedEx! As of writing 2 out of 3 offices have already received their shipments

On 11/2/2024 I went into the store to ship a box back to Texas where I live. It was a set of handlebars for my Harley Davidson motorcycle, I had just purchased them from Boston Harley Davidson. I have been looking for these bars for quite some time as it was a score to have found them. I asked the girl behind the counter to make sure the box was filled with packing material before it was shipped out, she assured me it would be. I even asked her again before I exited the store about packing the box.
When I received the box a part of the handlebar was protruding out of the box which caused it to be damaged. Needless to say, I was livid. Looking at the outside of the box I as a representative of FedEx would have ashamed to send something that looked like that. I opened the box and sure enough there was not one bit of packing material inside the box.
The girl was obviously extremely unprofessional, lazy and didn't care much about my package. Again, a complete disgrace to FedEx.

It stated it open at 8am on weekday and just came by 8:10am this morning and no one is there and no car in the parking. Finally it opened and two people there and when I tried to drop off a laptop with overnight shipment, they asked me to drop it to a Dropbox box. Man, the Dropbox box is tall and my laptop fell right to the bottom and I could hear a loud noise. I hope Apple Original package is strong enough.

The girls over there are rude , I went there to pick a package. The gentleman wanted to give me the package but the lady with the glasses told him no, because the fat blond one told her no also. I wasn't able to know why , when I spoke with the fat girl she told me no we cannot give it to you because another FedEx branch asked them to do so, i asked her to call them back and she was unhappy to make the call like she's doing a favor for me . Her attitude is very bad and nothing with customer service. She asked me to call the seller ( I was with the seller on the phone and they refused both of them to talk with her) and told me she need to call customer service to be able to give you the package. The seller called the customer service and it was updated on the system. They didn't call me or something they let me there with my 6 months baby waiting. Then I talk to them ask them to check the system again. She didn't care about the system. The fat one told her you need to call them and see then she left walking like a pinguin for a break or I don't know why without any updates. The worst customer service that I never had in my life. Stupid staff

I had the worse experience of my life today at this place! No one was at the front of the store so I went to a open room that didn’t have any sign saying employees only or do not enter, to wait for my turn because there was no one attending me or the people behind me. There was a girl named Julia, small little white girl. You could tell she was working there and was supposed to be the one attending the clients in the front since her boss seemed busy scanning boxes. When I first came in I seen her from far in an office with the lights off on her phone, sitting on her chair and certainly not doing her job. Once her boss called for her seeing there was a line forming.The girl Julia tried using me sitting in a room as the excuse for why she was in the back. She proceeded to raise her voice with an obnoxious tone “ma’am you can’t be here there’s usually signs saying you’re not supposed to” I put her in her place saying there was no sign and she proceeded to send me to mail my own package, waste more of my time just for the machine to say I needed an employee in the first place. So this is the second time in 10 minutes she refuses to do her job.The boss also didn’t seem to care and proceeded to giggle with her. Someone should reconsider the people they hire.

I was highly disappointed to have ordered marketing materials for a Sunday event, upon arriving to pick them up the Saturday Evening before at 5:40 (store hours listed as closing at 6 pm) finding that the store was closed. I will now have to scramble to find a different solution for my event materials.

Very unprofessional, an employee ( lady) who was working at the counter has such narrow-minded that she needs to know how to be warm-hearted and knowledgeable when it comes to having a conversation with a customer when they needs info on the basses of service.

Sad to see that this place google hours says that close at 7pm but close at 6pm.
