I was initially a little worried when we walked in because it seemed to be a little girly, but the staff made him feel like he was a VIP. He had a blast making his potion!!!!! I forgot the staff members name, but she was amazing with my son. He has not stopped talking about making his potion.”

“This was a great place to host a birthday party. Dani communicated all details prior to the event. During the party, she adapted the painting for the kids and added fun mixed media elements. She was engaged with them for the entire two hours and gave great, clear instructions. “I took a trip to Salem in August and this, by far, was one of my favorite shops to visit! It was amazing! Not only did it have a wonderful assortment of Salem souvenirs, but also a well curated collection of rocks and crystals, jewelry, accessories, and art. Customer service was wonderful - helpful, but not hovering! It is a great place to shop for gifts! Weeks later when I was back home and it was time to shop for a friend's birthday, I used the shop's website to order the perfect present. All my questions were addressed in a very pleasant and timely manner by Stephanie, the store's owner, no less! Could not be happier with my experience all around!”
