However, I couldn't be happier with the coaches and their annunciation of all the transitions and ramping as I progress through the class. “Awesome YMCA, gymnastics center is our families most used spot. Great classes for my 2-year old, OPEN Gym is fantastic for rainy days and cold winter days. Our daughter held her 2nd birthday party there as well which was so easy for us and wonderful for all the kids! Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been to every gym in the area and Flex has really turned it around the past few months. Fired the manager Marcelino/Mauricio (something along those lines) who would try to stare you down while lifting and was a very inappropriate personal trainer I’ve heard… Also it was always clean from what I’ve seen but has gotten cleaner. Plenty of cardio and everything works as it should. If something breaks it’s generally fixed within a day or two. Wish it had a plate loaded shoulder press, but no where is perfect, still a great gym and would always recommend. ?”

Her positive energy is contagious!This Saugus location is the biggest on the north shore and they have the cleanest and newest equipment.If you have the black card you can take a guest for free and you have access to the Planet fitness Spa massage beds and tanning beds.I highly recommend this Saugus Location to anyone looking for a great gym workout and quality experience!”
