“I visited Row House on a free trail class and I LOVED IT. Me and my sister had never rowed before besides playing around with the row machine at the gym a couple of times. We arrived to our class a couple minutes before and our amazing instructor Kaila made sure we were both set up correctly, had proper form, and knew how to keep in rhythm. The class was at a great tempo and Kaila did a great job engaging, pushing, and coaching the class. Me and my sister had a great time and were sore in all the right places the next day.”

“I've been lifting for years and wanted to try something new. I was in love with my previous gym, but moved and had to find a new one. I have really particular standards when it comes to gyms. I was nervous to try crossfit but Eastiefit is an incredible community of athletes of all kinds. Coaches are both patient and motivating, they'll definitely push you but it's in a really motivating way. Everyone is really knowledgeable about movement and injury prevention, especially for women. Its also a holistic approach to wellness, and the facility is always spotless. Love it here, highly recommend.”

I was even more excited as I started to attend classes and work with the amazing coaches. The gym itself has everything you need to pursue a life of fitness to your full potential. Great community events and a great way to meet some new friends. Its clear the owners, coach, and community at large really care about this place!”

“This is a great addition to Charlestown and such a good workout. You don't have to be a runner to do their classes. It's making me enjoy the treadmill, which I always thought was the worst piece of gym equipment. I really enjoy the classes offered in each room. Friendly staff and teachers, and easy parking toom”

“This gym is the best thing that ever happened to me. After 65 years of never moving I have a program designed to challenge me and I leave happy and wanting to get back. The folks are super friendly and fun to be with. Enough privacy lots of individual instruction and I am really fit! It is worth every penny, and I ain’t rich!!”

“My fiance and I have dropped into a crossfit gym basically every time we've traveled. I can confidently say crossfit ironspider is perhaps the best gym we've been to. I went when I was visiting my friend 6 months ago and we both went twice this past weekend. The programming is awesome, the coaches superb (especially Dr. Dion who is incredibly knowledgeable of all things exercise science, in fact he teaches exercise science), the community welcoming (my jump rope came undone in the middle of a wod, coach ran to get me a new one but one of the athletes let me share hers during the workout), and the gym is spacious. If we lived in the area we would be members in a heartbeat. Will need to settle with coming every time we're in the area.”

When I started here a little over a year ago I had no clue what I was doing in terms of strength training, and was not confident in this area. “I only join this location because of it's proximity from home. However, I couldn't be happier with the coaches and their annunciation of all the transitions and ramping as I progress through the class. This and the attentiveness of the staff is what makes this locations stand out from others I have worked at. Additionally, given the location, it's not too busy and find getting access to the times I need easy and without hassle. Great staff, great spot, great times.”

“i’m going to give broadway jui jitsu a 10/10. I recently became a member of this gym and let me tell you the people here are amazing. Before I knew it I had friends and training partners that I learned so much from and love terribly. Before I came to this gym I never liked working out. I love coming here and learning how to defend myself. I’ve learned so much from John, Lisa, Demetrius, Dimitri, Joe, AJ, Sensei SaPedro, Sensei Jay, Sensei Fong, Sensei Larry and of course my ukes. Do yourself a favor and join a gym you actually like by joining broadway jiu jitsu. I absolutely stumbled on a pot of gold here. I have had a blast. It’s been five months of training and I think I’ve accidentally learned how to be an assassin. It takes a lot of work to stand back up when you get knocked down a million times but I can personally say after that million and one time it gets a little easier.”
