North Shore Bank's One Hamilton Street., Saugus branch offers deposit accounts — like checking, savings and CDs — as well as consumer loan services like credit cards, mortgages and home equity loans. In addition, the bank also offers a full suite of commercial lending, business deposit accounts and cash management services.
Staff always friendly and is frequented by a lot of local residents and individuals I know. Inquired about closure of services this weekend and that let me know ATM's would be available and online services would be available come Monday.

I do most of my banking at this branch. Staff is very professional and helpful. Its a convenient location with parking up the back. The ATM in the lobby is fancy allowing users to choose bill denominations when withdrawing cash.
