“I have used this location for 25 years since I moved up the street. It was originally East Boston Savings Bank. The staff stayed the same. The management staff is awesome and the tellers are always very respectful and usually do their job well. I am sure I have had a problem here or there over the years but overall I am happy with the service that I have received and will continue to use them.”

I have to say I was very impressed with Scott L'Italian -Asst Branch Manager, he was very professional and overly helpful to me. He gets 5 stars for customer service. He spent 3 hours with me until we got a stupid problem fixed. He went above and beyond my expectations. Out of every experience I have had with a bank I have never had such a positive experience as this.
