“I am a driver delivering materials to them. I went through a very crazy event one day that could have turned out tragic. Literally without hesitation numerous personnel from landscape express stopped what they were doing and jumped in to help me. Everyone from employees to management saw that I needed help and they didn't think twice about their own safety and Helped me. I personally may not have purchased anything here, simply because I'm not looking to spruce anything up at the moment but when I decide I definitely will but simply based on the attitudes and selfless character of all who I encountered yesterday their is no question in my mind that they are worth your time and business. To all at landscape express, thank you very much for everything! Also to everyone else looking for anything landscape related and want people you can trust with integrity, these are your guys!”

“Good Afternoon, I have been coming to the lumber department for years now, and began going with my grandfather back in the early 2000s to help him find cuts of wood for his job. It was a tradition we had to go there after we would eat breakfast together on my day off from school. I have always been treated with exceptional service throughout my life whenever I needed to grab some plywood cuts for a bed, or something for my family. Those boys in the lumber department do their job to the highest level of satisfaction. One day, when I was shopping recently, I was disappointed in the management's treatment of them. One of the managers was constantly barking orders at them, and being incredibly unethical in his speech. I couldn't believe it, especially because those boys do an incredible job and are always attentive and caring, part of the Home Depot's core values. It seems as if one of those managers tends to sit on his behind and eat fast food all day while the workers break their backs. I'm just calling it like I see it. Pay those boys more! They deserve it.”

“I am happy to be able to finally find parking at this location.In the past there were so many people coming in parking and then going to lunch or dinner or sometimes even parking to take the orange line into Boston. It was horrible. So Home Depot corrected the problem and posted that you will be towed. Again great job Home Depot and management at Somerville location.We, Pro contractors, are glad we can park more easily and load our trucks without over crowding in the lot like it was prior. If you complain about someone towing your car because you parked in a place that states "customer parking only" when you were not a customer, that is on you!!!. If you feel so entitled that you should be able to park anywhere you like regardless of the rules, then you are part of the problem.Do the rules not apply to you?If you park in Boston in a spot that says "No Parking" and you get towed are you mad at the city for enforcing the rules?Don't get mad at Home Depot for wanting to have ample parking for paying customers and towing the people that think its a free parking lot.KUDOS TO HOME DEPOT FOR ENFORCING POSTED SIGNAGETHANK YOU!!!! “I had an issue with a broken water heater that was installed at 8:00 PM to find out it was cracked causing all the water to spill out. We had to take it apart and return for a new one before the store closed that night. Thank you to Sarah and Jackie who made the process seamless and doing the right thing and saving us some money. In an era where customer service is a lost art they stepped up and talked me off the ledge with their help. I say Thank you for your help and making the customer feel appreciated again.”

“A few years ago, I came to this Home Depot to find plumbing materials for my new bathroom vanity replacement. At that time, I met Kenny who worked in the Plumbing section; he went above and beyond with showing me what to buy, analyzing photos of my current setup on the spot, and instructing me on how to install. This past December 2023, I attempted to replace another bathroom vanity at my home and to much surprise and appreciation, I met Kenny once more at this Home Depot. Again, he provided the same level of excellent customer service. Kenny is truly a wonderful person and a great asset to the Home Depot of Saugus. I appreciate you a lot, Kenny!
