“I would like to recognize Maria at the front register and Shawn the store manager who went above and beyond to help me find the ramp I was looking for at the time. They were really busy unloading the supply truck yet found time to make my experience a successful one. I'll recommend using Harbor Freight at route one Saugus to all my colleagues and friends. Thank you for an excellent experience.”
“Personally I find Lowe's to more than accommodating. They have everything i need and then some. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful really what more can you ask for.”

“I had a great experience here. I was trying to find a windoe AC fitting and didnt find it on my own. When I was leaving, Michael from the gardening department saw me and asked if I needed help. While I found a small AC area on my own he took me to a larger area and quickly found what I needed, even though it wasn't his department. I brought it home and it installed so easily and quickly. I can't recommend a better place and I will return.”
