This Verizon store is the easiest and fastest store in the area. I walked in and immediately April greeted me at the door and pointed me in the right direction. She was in a positive mood, was patient with me and answered every question I had. While there I realized she was the manager and it truly shows. Thank you for providing me with great service April!

What a terrible experience with Verizon. First off, they are trying to charge me for an entire month even though i used their service for 4 days. First they say that its in their agreement, then they say it was in the email they sent me when i disconnected service. I have checked both and there is nothing (and certainly nothing I signed agreeing to this.). BUT they insist there is, even though they can't show me anything. Additionally I spoke to two reps (one live and one through chat) to confirm that IF i drove to this location that I could return the equipment. I was told that I could go to ANY Verizon company store (as this is) to return equipment. However that's not true. And the guy Sammy working in the store said that the store managers don't have business cards trying to keep me from being able to get in touch with a manager. Just terrible service in general. Then when you call to try and straighten it out you sit on hold forever. (like literally on the phone for over an hr. to get nowhere). HUGE company, RECORD profits, no soul!

I came to the Saugus store because they lockers that contained my purchase. No waiting in lines. This was my first time using them, so I didn't know where they were. So I actually had to wait a little for an employee to show me their location. They are on the right wall after entering the store. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

The customer service here is absolutely terrible... right from the beginning the guy with the black curly hair didn't seem like he wanted to help.. I even had a Verizon customer service rep on the phone and wanted to speak with him and he rolled his eyes and was very ignorant... the store manager was proven wrong and still didn't want to help.. absolutely the worst Verizon store I've been too

Great service but I'm disappointed that Verizon doesn't explain on their advertisements that I have to have a credit score of 850 to get the "free" iPhone 15 when switching over to them.

After driving an hour in the rain, I arrived at the store to pick up a prepaid phone 1 minute before closing. The manager wouldn’t let me in to type in the code and pick up my phone which would have taken 1 minute. Instead, the manager chose not to have empathy and treat me like a human being and let me pick up the phone. Rudest service imagineable.

I have never posted a bad review in my life because I am just not that person but the service I got today was so bad I can’t not let others know. It is worth driving an extra hour to get better service. Please don’t go to this store it is mind blowingly bad.

Pretty bad customer service. There were some technical difficulties setting up my new phone, but things happen and that wasn't the problem. The way the representative responded to the issue(s) was really unprofessional. I was also given basically no information about the new phone I was getting, and how the transferring process worked. Still had to chat with customer service after my visit to complete the process.

Useless. They dont even answer their phone and have it set to forward to the customer service in India. Why even have this store open? Save the money and just fire the lazies.

Went by this location to find out about my options for upgrading my phone. The associate was rather rude and unhelpful after I told him I didn’t have an appointment - said “I can’t help you because I have an appointment coming in 10 minutes.” Gave me a list of phone numbers to call and said I was better off calling the number “it’s like talking to me, but on the phone.” All I wanted was like 5 minutes of his time to get some info, but he was dismissive before he even knew what I was looking for. I hope talking to the person in the phone is better than this experience, because this guy was the worst! Definitely go elsewhere.

Made appointment for my mother to get a new phone. Matt in the Rt.1 Saugus location was great! Knowledgeable, personable and patient. Thanks ?
