“Every time I have gone in this location, the staff has been extraordinarily attentive and friendly, going above and beyond in addressing my questions.
Today the gentleman asked, “How has your day been so far?” When I responded with “Could be better.” He took the time to ask follow up questions and showed genuine concern, asking if there was a way he could help. Seeing my emotion when I responded, “No, but I genuinely appreciate you asking,” He expressed that he hoped that whatever I’m going through gets better and asked if I needed a hug. All the time, completing my shipping needs with efficiency.”
“I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.”

“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!
I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

“I have always had a great experience going to this location. I've been going for about 2 years and every time I go Adam is the only one working there. He's always so polite and smiling. He keeps the lines moving so there's no long waits.”
“I come to this branch either everyday or every other day, frequent customer here. I don't interact much with the staff as I'm dropping off packages but if I have a question I get in line. Line goes quick if there's more than one person working the desk. I'd have to say, this place does need extra help. There is usually only one person behind the counter and they seem pretty miserable when left alone. I mean I would be pretty miserable if I was the only one at the counter with a mound of drop offs I have to scan. They do good work though, props.”

“I have a question I'm not even sure if you can answer it I had ordered some items to which they said it was delivered but I never got it or signed for it the driver told them he left it at the post office what can I do to see if it's thee I don't have a tracking number I just have a message saying if I didn't get my packages to check with the post office.”

“So, I just moved to North Providence and had to google the nearest post office. When I saw the bad reviews, I was driving there wondering what my experience would be like. Well, when I arrived there, I stood in a line of only 2 people, and noticed the clerk was very friendly and outgoing. When it was finally my turn, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I introduced myself, and she stated her name is: Katt Lead Clerk. She did a great job and great customer service skills. Stop putting negative comments on places it ruins people's expectations. Let's be kind!”
“I've been using this post office for years & have never had an issue. There's only long lines around nov-dec for obvious reasons. Staff is always helpful, location is much more convenient than the downtown location (parking always a nightmare), & the Corliss location is fine but it's ALWAYS so busy. Parking on Smith has never been an issue, or if you take public transportation, the bus (57 or 56 line) runs approx every 20 min & drops very close by. It is sometimes hard to spot since it's in the same building as a Mexican food restaurant & sits next to the Rhode Island credit union.”

Knocks on the door if the box is too big and always follows up with certified or registered mail the next day. We get 5 star service here. Thank you everyone.”
“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”

“Chelsea was late to the appointment and then said that I needed to reschedule because I was missing some information on the passport application. I was in the middle of getting this info on the phone and then she said couldn't wait because she was understaffed. I asked for a supervisor because she was rushing me after being late herself. At the end she disappeared in the back, the supervisor never came after being page twice. It looks bad on there part because they did not care to help which is way we should continue to fire these federal workers who don't want to work.”

“Always had great and polite service from this post office. Been a few years since I used them regularly, but my recent experience was still top-notch. There's plenty of P.O boxes available if your looking. They also have a great selection of packaging and cards. Easy access and plenty of parking.”
“They unloaded me one day before my appointment! The little asian lady at receiving was very nice and friendly! She deserve a raise! I think she’s a shift manager or supervisor. Receiving is on the back of building on River St.
Park on street and walk inside for check in.

They were always working together and made it enjoyable. Went the extra mile and would chat and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and customers.”
