Indeed, this person was on the spot. I'm a 30 year old female who's owned about 4 cars in the past 7 years (...Yea I know). Every time I had an issue, I experienced mechanics who's number one goal in life was to burn you. Needless to say, I no longer have to feel that way anymore. The work done was superb and the cost was exactly what was given to me as an estimate. On top of everything else, they had my car ready 2 days earlier than expected and, when I picked it up, it had undergone pristine detailing, both inside and out, and looked like they day I drove it home for the first time. “I can't possibly overstate how fantastic my experience was with this business owner. I had a flat tire on Sunday and while changing the tire on my car, the jack collapsed. Anthony helped me on his own time, to solve the problem. He also told me to swing by the shop to make sure the tire was safely mounted. There was an issue with the rotor cover that I didn't notice until after I drove off on Sunday and it was a very loud noise from contact with the rotor. I took it to the shop today and it was fixed almost immediately. He wouldn't even take a payment. Obviously don't expect free work from the business owner, but how incredibly helpful and trustworthy this guy is speaks to the value of doing business there. I need some minor repairs to my car that I will surely have done there”

“Primary Care Auto Repair is excellent. They are able to quickly diagnose automotive issues and offer a loaner if needed. I recently had several large jobs done there. One came in under the price that was originally quoted. The other was connected to a previous repair that was still under their warranty. Unfortunately, there was a defective lifter installed 1.5 years ago. They honored their warranty and put about 14 hours of work into my vehicle for no fee.”
