“In the summer of 2026, a random criminal vandalized my car. I decided to consult Ken Rocha Collision LLC and see what they could do about it.
I have to admit... I am more than impressed by Ken Rocha's results. Everything detailed, everything perfected.
There was a big delay due to part orders, and since I have experience working in the tech repair industry, I already knew that this is something commonplace.
But the customer service and kindness provided by Ken Rocha was phenomenal, and I was accomodated with everything I needed from start to finish, without any inconvenience.
The vandalism thing was a strange incident for me to have deal with, and I appreciate Ken Rocha Collision LLC for actually listening to me, and handling my concerns gracefully... 100 percent.
Five stars!!!”
“Remi and Ryan, were awesome! Their work is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and fast in their services. Remi helped me deal with our insurance company, I didn’t need to speak with them at any point of the transaction, she did everything for us. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼”
“I would give them 10 stars if I could. They helped me tow items that I needed moved. They were on time, price was great and the service was professional. Absolutely the best choice.”
“Lee is so honest and will actual diagnose any problem with your car at the most reasonable price. It really is the best experience I've had with any Rhode Island mechanic.”

“I got into a car accident and was referred here for repairs. Shawn and the staff are truly exceptional. Their communication and professionalism are top-notch. They picked up my car from the tow yard and had a rental delivered. After the car is fixed, they dropped it off at my workplace. Better yet, my car looks brand new as if nothing happened. The entire process was completely stress-free. I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service they provided. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
“I brought my car in for auto collision repair, and they did an outstanding job! The staff was professional, kept me updated, and handled the insurance process smoothly. My car looks brand new again—paint and bodywork are flawless. Fast, honest, and reliable service. Highly recommend this repair shop!”
“I officially found a mechanic who I can genuinely rely on and trust! I got a referral to check out Markos Auto Center - how the owner (Markos) and his team was really good - great customer service. Indeed, this person was on the spot. I'm a 30 year old female who's owned about 4 cars in the past 7 years (...Yea I know). Every time I had an issue, I experienced mechanics who's number one goal in life was to burn you. Needless to say, I no longer have to feel that way anymore. Markos shown me exceptional service by not only fixing my car but working with my troubled insurance company. Forever I'll remember and feel grateful that people like him still do exist. HIGHLY recommended!”
“So I’ve never used them personally, but the company I work for I see multiple of their employees a day dropping cars off to where I work. They are absolutely amazing very polite. If I need something to be moved, they do it without complaining. They are a great company and I highly recommend them for your towing needs.”

“Once again, I went to East Side Service Center with an appointment in the a.m. Everything was done promptly and per my request. Extremely satisfied! Jake and Jordan are so nice, and I have yet to find something they cannot fix! Prices are more than reasonable, too! I have finally found excellent mechanics at a fair price - hard to find these days! I give them the highest rating possible, with a plus! Thanks guys”
“Having your car towed is hardly ever a fun experience, but the tow driver Mike was so professional and nice at Scorpio Towing he took every concern of mine into consideration, and explained everything to me as he towed my car...I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again Mike”

“Grasso's was the tow company chosen by my insurance road side assistance. Within 5 minutes of submitting a request through my app, I got a call from Grasso's and they quickly dispatched a truck to me. Jeff showed up in a timely manner and took the time to troubleshoot my truck with me. We came to the conclusion that it was not something he could help fix and towed my truck back to my home for me. The whole time Jeff was nice and professional and explained everything he was doing.”
