“When Covid hit us I went through a major slump during the quarantine. I joined Easton Fitness once gyms started opening back up. The owner Joe is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and wants the best for each of his clients. I had the pleasure of doing personal training here for a little over a year with Joe, Dayne, Joanne, and Sandra. Each of them were spectacular and brought their own individual styles to the workouts which was fun. I also used to come on my own and workout independently and will say it is one of the cleanest and well maintained gyms I have ever seen. I unfortunately stopped going to Easton Fitness since life got very hectic with going back to school, and I couldn’t keep the commitment of a workout schedule and financially. I often look back at my time at Easton Fitness with nothing but the most amazing things to say, and I certainly cannot wait to go back one day, hopefully in the near future. I couldn’t recommend this place enough whether you want personal training, to do the gym solo, or both it is an amazing gem.”

“I've been a member for several months now and the facility is always clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. I didn't knew how to use a machine and just asked the front desk to help me. The bathrooms and showers are clean and well stocked with shampoo and lotion.”
“I've been a member of I Love Kickboxing for about a year now. I don't have enough positive things to say about the classes, the community, and especially the instructors. Pedro the owner is phenomenal! There's always a smile when you walk through the door and they work so hard to keep classes fun! I'm not gonna lie, classes are hard work! However, I am in the best shape of my life and actually look forward to going. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. it doesn't matter what your fitness level is. I can truly say there is never any judgment and everyone is incredibly supportive. If you look at my other reviews on yelp, you will see, I don't shy away from giving an honest review! With that said, I Love Kickboxing of Norwood. It probably one of the best workouts I ever done!”

There were fun games with finding hidden toys, sorting colored balls, and running around. His knowledge and attitude towards training and building strength and speed is a major reason I kept in shape and made gains in the gym. When I met Andy at age 12, I played 2 sports year-round, and I gained a baseline of lifts and understanding of training. I stayed with Andy all through middle school sports, making gains the whole way. When I changed my sports in High School, my training and experience with Andy became elevated.
