“I trained with Andy for a total of 9 years, 3 of which exclusively with Andy at Hudson Performance. His knowledge and attitude towards training and building strength and speed is a major reason I kept in shape and made gains in the gym. When I met Andy at age 12, I played 2 sports year-round, and I gained a baseline of lifts and understanding of training. I stayed with Andy all through middle school sports, making gains the whole way. When I changed my sports in High School, my training and experience with Andy became elevated. Paired with his nutrition advice, I was able to get myself in the best shape of my life for my senior year sports seasons. My relationship with Andy has spanned almost a decade, and I could not recommend his services more to anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape, and train for sports in a fun and competitive environment.”

“My home gym closed over a year ago and I used to enjoy working out in the old Medford location. Today I give this location a tried to see if I want to join again. Even know they don't have as much equipment as Medford, this club has what I need for my routine.”

“Everything I want out of a gym and nothing I don't. Unlike many gyms I've been to, I have used almost every piece of equipment at the gym, and it's rare I find myself wishing they had anything more. And everything is kept in good condition!The locker rooms are kept in good condition and the sauna is a great way to recover after a tough workout.The staff is very kind as well as the other gym goers!”

“I've been a member for 2 years and this gym is a winner! The trainers are fantastic and the strength training workouts are interesting and always changing so that I don't get bored. Cardio is HIIT which maximizes my workout in a shorter period of time. It feels like personal training but more affordable.”
