“Hi - I called to get an estimate for a Prius battery replacement. Being a hybrid this is a bigger $ issue. Paul answered and he asked about the age of the car and his experience driving a hybrid with about the same age and miles. He also gave me a price range for replacement and about using a reconditioned battery. I was so impressed bc it could have been a quick call but he told time to give me all the angles on a battery replacement. Truly was just interested in the best outcome for the Customer. Highly recommend!!”

“There is nothing more annoying when you move than finding a good local repair shop. I am so happy that I put in a call to Sessions. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. Any surprise costs and extra repairs are explained, and options discussed so you can make the best decision for you. When my side view mirror housing cracked they were more than happy to take a shot at gluing it back together for me so I could avoid the cost of replacing the whole unit (let me tell you that can be $$$$) An honest mechanic is often touted as a hard to find but I couldn't be happier or more confident about my choice in auto repair shop.”

“I could not have asked for better service from JF Allen, Inc. They had plenty of parts on hand for my Mercedes-Benz 230E, a Euro release that has proven difficult to find parts for in the USA. When I brought my car to their garage, I was facing a limited budget (who isn't these days?) and a lot of repairs. They gave me a candid, thorough assessment, and didn't pressure me at all to stay with them. In fact, the very words were "Before you even spend a penny here, let me tell you..." They were able to install new parts as I could afford, and quality used parts where it was possible, and their labor rate is more than fair for the work they performed. I have never worked with a more pleasant and competent mechanic in all my days, and so long as I call Western MA home, I'll never use another. “Mohawk Repair is where I go. The man who has worked there for years is the nicest man anyone could meet. I don't know what that Tim Valley is writing about. I don't think Mohawk Repair even does repairs. I think it is just an inspection facility. Not as fancy as the Green field inspection station, but the man working in Shelburne Falls is very , Very , nice and helpful.”
