I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius with 122,000 miles from Waltham Auto Gallery on August 8th, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Kelvin and Chris were very friendly, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process.
I needed a reliable car quickly for commuting to work and doing some part-time Uber and Lyft, and this Prius has worked out perfectly for me. The car was inspected, ready to go, and delivered in great condition.

“I came to this location because it's convenient to my home. I was greeted by Nicholas and Jonathan who said they were happy to help take a look at my new leaky tires, but they wanted to make sure I didn't want to try taking them back to Walmart where I bought them a month ago. They reminded me the tires probably are under warranty and I could save a bunch of money! So impressed that they were looking out for my wellbeing in this tough economy! Nathan is friendly and is good about explaining what work needs to be done and what work they're doing. “I have been using Jamie Oil for my Oil delivery services for more than 20 years. Prior to that, I was changing Oil Service companies, every couple of years due to recurrent frustration. I have had no such desire since choosing Jaime Oil two decades ago due to my strong satisfaction with their services over the years. They have offered very competitive oil, pricing, and Service, their customers at a very high level. They are truly dedicated to the “customer first” philosophy of business. Jaime Oil has expanded in recent years, and I now use them for my HVAC services. They have also recently incorporated plumbing services and electrical services into their company, and I plan to use those services in the future. “I highly reccomend Alex and the team at West Side. I was in an accident, and was immediately releived when I came in contact with Alex. He talked me through the entire process of bringing my car in, made it as easy and seamless as possible, and communicated directly with my insurance agency to ensure my car would get the repairs it needed. I was provided regular updates by Alex while my car was being fixed, which was very reassuring. When I received my car back, they even vaccumed and cleaned the interior for me. Of course no one ever hopes to get in an accident, but if you do, I strongly encourage you to bring your vehicle to West Side Collision Center for the best possible coverage and care.”

“Knowledgeable BMW mechanics. Won’t upsell you unnecessary services/parts replacement that the Dealer try to push on you. I recently had a clean bill of health from them and went to dealer for a recall repair… after the “free inspection” I was presented with $7000 worth of “recommended safety repairs” marked in red by dealer! Declined them and brought car back to these guys… they advised, nothing needed. My car still operated well.”

“What an great experience. Had the misfortune of getting a screw in two tires and needed replacements. Milford tire was able to get me the exact tire my needed for a price that beat town fair tire. I met the husband and wife owners who were so kind to me and my three daughters when I brought them in for the repair. They even offered the girls chocolate chip cookies. It was so nice. I’d definitely recommend for all your tire needs.”
