“Tom at this location, Staples Natick was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. I submitted an order online for a VERY important corporate booklet. Staples could have just printed as inputted, but Tom e-mailed then called me to explain that the laminated pages would mean the pages would then be larger than the plastic front and back covers. Tom asked me what this was for and then gave me a more appropriate order for my booklet goal. I wasn't charged anything extra for this update. I think Tom should be made CEO of the Staples Natick printing department! Go, Tom!”

“Monro Brake and Tire in Stoughton MA gets a lot of deliveries by truck. I have yet to meet a more professional, outgoing and engaging driver as David Medina out of Southborough Ma Depot. It is no surprise that one of my customers who gets shipments from David knew him by name when he saw him at my store. Initially I was perplexed on how David was going to get my delivery off his truck but quickly realized through his cool calm and collect demeanor that all I needed to do is watch him work his magic. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure of getting another delivery from David and UPS.”

On rainy days, they would always secure packages that don't fit in our mailbox in a plastic bag. “The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”

“A friendly neighborhood post office and not ever crowded, even at the holidays. All of the people who work here have always been nice and patient. Good to call ahead for passports for an appointment, but they can do them as well with no line. In the summertime there is an ice cream and burger stand next door, so you can make a nice outing of it if you have kids in tow or are hungry.”
