“At 15 mins to close, had to bring my mom in to replace her debit card after false charges (which they re-embursed right away) Tony helped us almost immediately as he was finishing with another customer (that seemed just as impressed) Tony was extremely patient, professional and kind, like talking to a friend :)

“A truly welcoming professional Bank that has been an absolute pleasure doing business with. Zero complaints. I use to be a part of the cities local back for over 50 years. The past 10 years has been a terrible experience. Not just attitudes, wait times when I'm the only one making a small transaction. I've been with Enterprise Bank over a year and they go out of there way for everyone. I never thought I would write a review for a bank. “FROM DONNA PARKER (on John Parker's email)WCU (Groton office) went through a period where we were unhappy with the service, especially with no one answering the phone!!! FYI/One time, I called the Littleton office asking why wasn't anyone answering calls in the Groton office? (Please note, at that time, I mentioned this fact to someone at the Groton office, when someone finally answered.) Maybe, this was due to the post-COVID chaos that companies were experiencing?Recently, on our last few visits there, it appears that they seem to be 'righting the ship!' And, it is great to see the lobby has been restored to a more modern bank-like atmosphere, now being more inviting and far less claustrophobic.Also, at this time, we want to give a SHOUT OUT to Bethany Schlaich! “I've had three banks and this one by far has the best policies. I love that with my checking account getting direct deposit, they rebate up to $15 in ATM fees a month. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly with me, and I've never had a single issue with them financially (which is saying a lot given my experiences at other small town banks). I definitely prefer using a more local bank to a National one, and RBT is a good one for sure. Interest rates are fair, if not generous, and they require no minimum balance for most of their account types. If you're just a simple human looking for simple banking like I was then RBT is definitely the way to go.”

She introduced me to Jennifer Phelps (manager) who assisted in opening my checking and savings account. I had such a pleasant experience, beyond my expectations. I was very impressed with the assistance provided. Earlier in the day I visited LCU and left due to a negative experience. Jennifer was patient, kind, with no judgement.
