I recently visited the AT&T store in Shrewsbury to switch my phone numbers to AT&T. My salesperson, Travon Howard, was absolutely fantastic!
Travon took the time to clearly explain all the benefits of different plans, and even provided a printout for me to review at my own pace. This made the decision-making process much easier. He also found the most affordable option for swapping our old phones for new ones, ensuring we got great phones under the deal.
Travon was upfront about the potential for a higher first month's bill, but he clearly explained the reason behind it. This transparency was very much appreciated.
Overall, Travon made the entire process smooth and efficient. It's no wonder AT&T stores have such high ratings!

Always an amazing experience going into this location. Everyone working is always very thorough when explaining my purchase or helping with my bill. The attention to detail and undivided attention received is something you don’t often get in any retail store nowadays.

I am very disappointed with the unauthorized protection add-on added to my account. They first convinced me to buy a plan which i was thinking it to be unneccessary for me (anyway they convinced me) Then, without asking they added protection addon, even i asked why the bill is shown as 77 on the screen, they said it is before promotion. My plan was 60 before autopay discount. That 17 is the addon they added. I checked through myatt app and removed it. It is not acceptable to tell lie to the customer.

Tray and Stephen are the best customer service have ever met. They were very professional and helpful. They know what they doing. I came in the store very sick and they like no worries we got you.

Dominick at the Shrewsbury MA store did a excellent job explaining everything and he fixed all my issues. He should get a promotion or a pay raise. He is a true professional. You don't find workers like him nowadays that don't cut corners and like to get the job done the right way. AT&T is very blessed to have him on their team.

I went to this store last night with my family,and I had the best services ever.First, my family and I got there late after 7 pm. we were still able to do what we come to do, with no rush, and on top of that, my 3 toddlers were with me. There was so loud. Stiwar P was very patient and understanding and took his time to help us with all the questions we had.
