worst customer service you can imagine. I am a relative new Verizon Business customer. I have been having issues with my router. Verizon sent me a replacement router but despite multiple phone calls nevere send me a shipping label to send the old router back. The last customer representative kept me on hold for 35 minutes (wanted to talk to his upervisor) and told me to return to the nearest Verizon store. As soon as I entered the Shrewsbury store I was greeted with a barrage of questions (phone number listed on the a/c, a/c number, etc.) although I had all the pertinent information printed outfor them. They would not give me time to find information they are looking for. After all I pay Verizon monthly as a customer and I was treated like somebody trying to ruin their morning routine. Without allowing me to speak they abruptly told me they cannot accept any Verizon equipment. There is no way to file a formal complaint so I am resorting to this blog

I want to acknowledge Starvos for being so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful during my Verizon visit. I had a really complicated problem with my phone, requiring multiple phone calls, and he stayed with me ensuring my phone would get the service it needed as quickly as possible. I appreciate his willingness to advocate for me as a customer. Mark was also wonderful in helping us as well. Thank you so much!

Needed to find a store to pay fios bill had to go all the way to shrewsbury. Even though online local stores say they process payments apparently it has to be a company store.

Very challenging return process, I contacted an online representative for the initial refund and was told bring it to the store, in which the sales associate was unwilling to help and accused them of being wrong. Which seems like miscommunication on the companies end for returns, regardless of who's right and wrong the return process of an item bought in store shouldn't be this challenging. Having a 30 day return policy and having the item in my possession less then 14 days should be a simple process one would believe.

Benn Barber was amazing from start to finish. The depth of knowledge of the system/Technology and how to navigate problems and issues turned what could’ve been a major obstacle into a minor inconvenience. He went way above and beyond to make sure that I had more than a satisfactory experience and I would highly recommend anyone to bring any complicated issues to him as he has driven to resolve them beyond satisfaction ! ??

The worst customer service. Ridiculous amount of people waiting. After waiting over an hour, the girl told me sorry can’t help you, you need to call customer service. Called them, and they sent me back to the store with the phone. After waiting again, over an hour, I left and went to the Verizon on Gold Star. They helped me in 10 minutes!!!!

After being with them for 7 years, they charged me an early termination fee to leave. Wondering if they also charge this fee to elderly people who pass away?

This is unfortunately an example of what's wrong with retail these days. Verizon employees were knowledgeable and doing all they could but understaffing and high volume of customers with different needs leads to a chaotic environment. The store is helpful to see and touch new devices, and I assume for particularly problematic account or device issues, but would recommend online self-service whenever possible. I get the sense that Verizon prefers that, too.

Waiting, waiting waiting!!!! NO way to make appointment!I went to another carrier since Verizon harassed me for a month and shut my phone off! They posted my check to someone else's account and it took me hours to get it straightened out!!!!
