This is unfortunately an example of what's wrong with retail these days. Verizon employees were knowledgeable and doing all they could but understaffing and high volume of customers with different needs leads to a chaotic environment. The store is helpful to see and touch new devices, and I assume for particularly problematic account or device issues, but would recommend online self-service whenever possible. I get the sense that Verizon prefers that, too.

Waiting, waiting waiting!!!! NO way to make appointment!I went to another carrier since Verizon harassed me for a month and shut my phone off! They posted my check to someone else's account and it took me hours to get it straightened out!!!!

Visited this store on 6/15/23. Was asked what I was looking to do and told them I was interested in exploring new phone options. Service rep asked if I have the my verizon app as all phone upgrades are done on that. She said she can help migrate in a few minutes. Hung around for 5 minutes and walked out after no more interaction from them. Why have a store if I cant get a phone? I will go to best buy like usual.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times recently and had the assistant mgr Gina who was great. She helped me with my issues, she has great customer service skills, very pleasant and does not rush you.;She’s an asset to the company

Great service at the Shrewsbury, MA store. Moe not only got my phone working , but took the time to educate/show me how to get optimal use of my phone. That’s the place to go & Moe’s the tech to see.

Just walked out of this store... Went in with daughter to purchase two phones.. there were three employees there working with customers.. waited a few minutes and then asked an employee who had walked away from the customer to pick something up if there was an area to sign in.. one of the women employee'slooked at us and with a scowl on her face said we wiil be with you as soon as we finish with our customers. Extremely inappropriate customer service and will never do business with this location again. Simply asked a question I knew they were working with others and we had the time to wait. In the past I've had to sign in. Not surprised this location doesn't have a five-star rating!

This is an excellent store. The staff was super professional and knowledgeable, exactly what we come to expect from Verizon. We had an appointment and were seen right on time. Our associate was Marc, and I can't say enough good things about him, how knowledgeable, caring and supportive he was. He did not rush us at all, even though we were on hold with ATT for a long time trying to get our number released, he gave us his full attention and support. This is a corporate store and in a very convenient location with plenty of parking. Our only wish is that it was open a little later, since they close at 5, but a great experience.
