“Suzanne has been treating our 11-year old pug for spinal stenosis and other progressive joint issues for the past year. Initially, he was resistant to her rehabilitation efforts. Gradually, however, our pug has relaxed into his sessions, appearing to actually enjoy them as he has increasingly benefited by appearing to have less stiffness and pain and better balance when sitting and walking. Suzanne has a great sense of where to go in her mobility therapy sessions. We recommend Northboro Canine very highly for for their competence, care and best interest of their patients.”

It doesn’t feel like going to the vet it feels like going to see friends and family who really care about you and your pet. I’ve been coming here since I was a child but over the past two years my cat and I have really needed their support and they’ve been there every step of the way. They help with diagnosis, medications, X-rays, and ultrasounds. I especially want to thank everyone from today. The reception team, techs, and doctors have really made us feel so seen and cared for. “We have been taking our dog Harper to Holden Veterinary Clinic since moving to the area 7 years ago. Harper had major surgery on her back right leg last April. Her left back leg has been showing similar trouble. On a Wednesday, she hurt it severely after some zoomies. She couldn’t put weight on it. We were in crisis mode with worry. We called at the end of the day, and we were able to make it in Thursday morning miraculously. We realize the staff helped make that happen.

Kira was our Tech, and Dr. Williams our Vet on this visit. We felt so lucky to have their kind care and understanding for our Harp. Despite being unable to put weight on her back left leg, Harper couldn’t leave either of them alone in seeking attention from both of them. They helped calm her down and were so good with her.

Dr. Williams did a thorough exam of Harper’s leg. Thankfully, she didn’t think we needed to move to surgery yet. She made recommendations on how we could care for Harper’s leg to bring the swelling down to get her mobility back. She showed us where we could order additional meds on the Holden Veterinary Clinic’s website. She gave us options to help us minimize cost, also.

Both Kira and Dr. Williams gave us ample time to ask questions and get additional advice. The night Harper hurt her leg, our minds could not help think of the worst case scenarios. I’m happy to report that she has started putting weight back on her injured leg. We are thankful for the kindness and care both Kira and Dr. Williams extended to Harper and us, too. All the staff members were exceptional as well. We sure feel lucky.”

“It’s been 6 years now since my girl Rose has had to be put down due to cancer here, but I will never forget the care, attentiveness, respect and dedication they showed throughout the previous 10 years she was a patient there. Rose was a pitbull but despite the stigma extremely friendly, we would joke that if someone broke into our house she would just leave with the thieves, she was that friendly. And we still reminisce about how everyone there knew her and one time as soon as she walked in a technician exclaimed, “oh my god! It’s Rose” and she was so so happy she practically jumped to wait her turn because she knew the routine already. I wish I remembered that techs name but thank you for all of your years of care for my love Rose.”

“Went here Thursday May -21-2026 , This was our second time coming to VCA Auburn Animal Hospital. This was our 1st time with Dr. David M , he was by far the BEST. Dr. David was very thorough on his exams and he gave both us a decent amount of time. He's very polite and easy to talk to. Everyone here at Auburn VCA is extremely polite and welcoming & quite friendly!! This is a very nice place to take your pets too. The staff and the Doctors are very friendly and kind !! It is very clean inside and dosen't smell like Pet or have an odor the rooms / lobby area as well as the exams rooms are extremely clean. Will most definitely come back here with both of my 2 small puppies 🐶! I highly recommend Auburn VCA to anyone and Dr. David M . “I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire. Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at VCA in Westborough. My cat is extremely anxious, nervous, and does not do well with the vet or the carrier process, so I was already worried going into the appointment. From the moment I expressed my concerns over the phone, the team was accommodating, understanding, and supportive. During the appointment, everyone was courteous, thoughtful, patient, and gentle with my cat. From the front desk, to the vet technician, to the veterinarian, everyone took their time and made sure both my cat and I felt cared for.

As a first time cat mom, I really appreciated how informative, kind, and reassuring they were throughout the entire visit. The veterinarian was amazing and made sure I understood everything while also helping me feel supported as a pet parent. Vet care can be expensive, and one of my biggest worries was balancing his anxiety medication needs with staying on top of vaccinations and shots. They were very accommodating to my budget and helped me feel less stressed about the process. “We’ve been bringing our furry family members to Riverlin animal hospital for 10 years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else! They’ve helped us in our worst and best moments with the animals we hold dear. Over the last decade they’ve helped us care for all three of our cats and 5 dogs. Two of our pets were very complex cases - a dog with a mystery pulmonary illness who two large well speciality vet clinics threw their hands up. Dr. Campbell spent hours of his personal time emailing us after hours and researching different options. He was able to cure our boy and he lived a happy healthy life to the ripe old age of 15! Then one of our kittens who Tufts said was one of the worst Dry Neuro FIP cases they’ve seen. Riverlin worked collaboratively with the Tufts Neuro team, squeezed us in for emergency treatments and their vet tech team was beyond incredible! One of their techs had a cat who survived FIP and gave us her personal number to coach us through the ups and downs on the weekends and late nights. I really do not believe our boy would be alive and thriving without them. And I know there isn’t a better vet team in the country than Riverlin. They’re just the best!”
