“Nobody wants to come to this place, it's usually when you've exhausted all other options at your local Vet. I can tell you, they make it as tolerable as they can, all things considered. We came here with our Great Dane, Charlie, after first seeing the emergency vet in Springfield who could offer little help for her enlarged heart. The staff are accommodating and empathetic for what we're were dealing with. They got Charlie back on her feet and she's much better now. Also, we had to pay up-front for a portion of the estimated bill (75%) when we left her there for treatment, and can you believe it, they gave us money back. That NEVER happened at any other vet we've used. Many vets are just out for the almighty $ but these folks didn't try and gouge us. I wish we had came straight here instead of wasting $5,000 at the emergency vet, which I was not impressed with to begin with. If your pet is sick, do yourself a favor and come here and skip the "middle-man" at the emergency vet.”

“Suzanne has been treating our 11-year old pug for spinal stenosis and other progressive joint issues for the past year. Initially, he was resistant to her rehabilitation efforts. Gradually, however, our pug has relaxed into his sessions, appearing to actually enjoy them as he has increasingly benefited by appearing to have less stiffness and pain and better balance when sitting and walking. Suzanne has a great sense of where to go in her mobility therapy sessions. We recommend Northboro Canine very highly for for their competence, care and best interest of their patients.”

“My cat and I LOVE this place. I couldn’t ask for a better team for my baby girl and I. It doesn’t feel like going to the vet it feels like going to see friends and family who really care about you and your pet. I’ve been coming here since I was a child but over the past two years my cat and I have really needed their support and they’ve been there every step of the way. They help with diagnosis, medications, X-rays, and ultrasounds. I especially want to thank everyone from today. The reception team, techs, and doctors have really made us feel so seen and cared for. “It’s been 6 years now since my girl Rose has had to be put down due to cancer here, but I will never forget the care, attentiveness, respect and dedication they showed throughout the previous 10 years she was a patient there. Rose was a pitbull but despite the stigma extremely friendly, we would joke that if someone broke into our house she would just leave with the thieves, she was that friendly. And we still reminisce about how everyone there knew her and one time as soon as she walked in a technician exclaimed, “oh my god! It’s Rose” and she was so so happy she practically jumped to wait her turn because she knew the routine already. I wish I remembered that techs name but thank you for all of your years of care for my love Rose.”

“Went here Thursday May -21-2026 , This was our second time coming to VCA Auburn Animal Hospital. This was our 1st time with Dr. David M , he was by far the BEST. Dr. David was very thorough on his exams and he gave both us a decent amount of time. He's very polite and easy to talk to. Everyone here at Auburn VCA is extremely polite and welcoming & quite friendly!! This is a very nice place to take your pets too. The staff and the Doctors are very friendly and kind !! It is very clean inside and dosen't smell like Pet or have an odor the rooms / lobby area as well as the exams rooms are extremely clean. Will most definitely come back here with both of my 2 small puppies 🐶! I highly recommend Auburn VCA to anyone and Dr. David M . “I had such a wonderful experience at VCA in Westborough. My cat is extremely anxious, nervous, and does not do well with the vet or the carrier process, so I was already worried going into the appointment. From the moment I expressed my concerns over the phone, the team was accommodating, understanding, and supportive. During the appointment, everyone was courteous, thoughtful, patient, and gentle with my cat. From the front desk, to the vet technician, to the veterinarian, everyone took their time and made sure both my cat and I felt cared for.

As a first time cat mom, I really appreciated how informative, kind, and reassuring they were throughout the entire visit. The veterinarian was amazing and made sure I understood everything while also helping me feel supported as a pet parent. Vet care can be expensive, and one of my biggest worries was balancing his anxiety medication needs with staying on top of vaccinations and shots. They were very accommodating to my budget and helped me feel less stressed about the process. Overall, this was such a positive experience, especially with an anxious cat, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends, family, and any new pet owners.”

“We’ve been bringing our furry family members to Riverlin animal hospital for 10 years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else! They’ve helped us in our worst and best moments with the animals we hold dear. Over the last decade they’ve helped us care for all three of our cats and 5 dogs. Two of our pets were very complex cases - a dog with a mystery pulmonary illness who two large well speciality vet clinics threw their hands up. Dr. Campbell spent hours of his personal time emailing us after hours and researching different options. He was able to cure our boy and he lived a happy healthy life to the ripe old age of 15! Then one of our kittens who Tufts said was one of the worst Dry Neuro FIP cases they’ve seen. Riverlin worked collaboratively with the Tufts Neuro team, squeezed us in for emergency treatments and their vet tech team was beyond incredible! One of their techs had a cat who survived FIP and gave us her personal number to coach us through the ups and downs on the weekends and late nights. I really do not believe our boy would be alive and thriving without them. And I know there isn’t a better vet team in the country than Riverlin. They’re just the best!”

“I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire. Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.”

Dr. Augusto has never tried to push unnecessary testing or expensive extras on us to gouge for money out of our pockets. He and his team work tirelessly to give exceptional care for our beloved pets every day. We wouldn’t trust ANY other team or facility to treat and care for our dog and cat. The professionalism, knowledge, communication, kindness, and patience were consistent across the board, making me feel much calmer in a very anxious situation in which my dog was being evaluated for cancer. They also genuinely seemed to enjoy my dog’s presence, and gave her lots of love and attention! She tried to follow them back into the treatment room as we were leaving! 💓 The facility was spotlessly clean and the follow up after the visit was an added element that really made us feel cared for. 10/10 would highly recommend! 🐶”

“My wife and I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for our family dog. I called Sutton animal hospital and the staff was nice and very friendly. They scheduled us an appointment and walked us through the new patient / intake process. We saw Dr. Karen and Lynn was our veterinarian technician. Both were very nice! Took time to explain the procedures, test, etc that we would need for our dog and answered all our questions.They were extremely good at what they do and were able to make our dog feel less anxious and my wife and I couldn’t be happier we found them! 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area in need of a vet :)”

“Our family is very grateful to this animal hospital. From start to finish, every interaction has been professional, warm, and supportive. When I brought my cat in for difficulty breathing, I was terrified for her, but the med student who did our triage kept me updated throughout my cat's treatment and reassured me she was in good hands. Our ER doctor did not rush through their findings, and helped me understand what would happen next, truly great bedside manner. I also appreciate the urgency showed by the front desk team when we arrived. And when checking out at the desk, they made sure I had a thorough understanding of what I was signing, how the payment process works, and what would happen next, as I was leaving my kitty overnight. The next day I received a call from Dr Mosichuk from the Cardio team, who explained my cat's condition(s) thoroughly, but not in a way that was overwhelming or difficult to follow. It was evident that she was not just treating the condition, but rather, treating my senior kitty, and her health overall.
