“Anthony Bramucci was/is amazing!! Went to a prior dealership to look for this Jeep and they dragged their feet. Anthony got the car in the next day. While we waited, we test drove some other Jeeps to make sure it was what I wanted. He did a great job explaining the differences and letting us go home and really think about it all! The patience he had made the whole ‘car buying experience’ made us comfortable with our decision, and will be going back for any other cars we buy going forward. He is super personable and overall got us our dream Jeep we were looking for!!! We love our addition to our fleet!”
“Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff here who helped me yesterday during a routine inspection.
The mechanic inquired as to whether or not I have trouble seeing at night because my headlights were... bad. (Pointing in the wrong directions and bulbs installed incorrectly.) Me, being me, I never noticed it. I bought the car two years ago and must have gotten used to having terrible visibility at night and blamed it on my poor night vision (I wear glasses at night to drive). He tinkered around under my hood and adjusted the bulbs, making them OK to pass inspection. I went on my merry way.
It wasn't until I drove my car to the store after nightfall that I realized exactly HOW MUCH he helped me out by adjusting those bulbs. It was so, so bad. I can't believe I was driving around like that for so long. I was truly blown away by the difference.
Thank you to Norwest Auto. I thought he was just being a stickler at first, but now I see how lucky I was to have such an attentive and thorough person inspecting my car. I'm blown away that my usual shop never noticed this issue.

“I don't know if words can describe how absolutely phenomenal my experience was at muffler master but I will do my best. Ruben was absolutely incredible I felt so heard when I did my best to explain what was wrong with my car and he went above and beyond to fix her. Now she runs better than ever.I plan on going though them from now on if I ever experience future hiccups with my car. I would also like to say that though I didn’t get to meet his whole team, there was a lovely gentleman that checked me out and was so nice. Just a really good experience. “Service at Stateline Subaru staff are polite, upfront, informative, and knowledgeable. Kyle was attentive, explained issue , (wheel bearings), honest . Informed myself diagnostics might be an hour, would that be acceptable? Less than half hour Kyle returned, repair might be a hour or so. I was staying that was fine. My appointment time 9 AM . Everything finalized 10:30. Kudos to service individuals they were wonderful. Highly recommend Stateline Subaru service. Thank you.”
