“Building is not for the weak. Especially when you’re doing it on your own. Lino and Michelle have been absolutely amazing over the past two and a half years. From 2x4s to windows, insulation, sheetrock, shingles...you name it, they made sure it was at the house as soon as we needed it. Their customer service goes way beyond just being helpful. They always treated us like family, making sure we had everything we needed. I seriously can't recommend them enough!”

“I went to this Lowe's to get some screws for my kitchen cabinets and I decided to check on the paint options for our bathrooms. Chris was working in the area and he was very helpful, friendly and resourceful. He spent time with me on helping decide what sheen, what type of paint and what exact hue was best for me. He told me they were running a BOGO at 50% off, and today was the last day..... I was not going to buy my paint at Lowe's but after that excellent customer service, I did. Whenever excellent customer service is provided, happy customers will spend their money there.”

“I like that Lowe's has a wider selection of home accent items than Home Depot. It's more of a place for people wanting to buy stuff to make the house beautiful versus making the house functional. Don't get me wrong, you can still get hammers, nails and screws here, but they have a good amount of things to spruce up the home. This particular Lowe's had a large selection of accent tables and shelves. Great shapes, great styles, great colors.”
