“Sasha, the receptionist was incredibly nice to me! My car got rocks thrown from a few 13 yr old punks. Police caught them. They also damaged a few other cars. Anyway, Safelite made an appointment for me, but supposedly the glass came in damaged. I then find out that Hyundai doesn't make that window anymore! So, I called everywhere. Suddenly, I got a call back from Sasha from City Wide Glass. She told me that she found a window from one of the guys, probably from body shop that hoards parts, or maybe a junkyard. I went from not ever getting a window, which means, I need to get another car, to Sasha's kindness, and the worker who found the glass. They made a timely appointment, and didn't take long at all. Very nice people! Thanks for your kindness, City Wide! ?”

“I cannot say enough good things about County Street Collision in Fall River. After being rear ended by a work vehicle, I brought my car to Mike, Derek, and Tyler and I am so glad I did. They handled everything seamlessly, including working directly with insurance, which made the entire process feel stress free. “I needed a custom glass shower door for my bathroom in my new townhome. Citywide was the only contractor that called back immediately and sent someone out immediately to take measurements. The man was there over an hour and a half carefully measuring. The quote came back at the exact price I was told to expect from the builder.The glass was ordered and installed before I moved in. Another contractor ( recommended by the builder no less) said it would be impossible before Christmas. Citywide not only installed a perfect door, they exceeded my expectations. Every step of the process was easy. Everyone including Kelly in the office were professional and polite. They even followed up with a team immediately when I wanted them to check the seal. It was water tight.
I would not hesitate to use them again for any service they provide. I was beyond pleased.”

“Went to Somerset Glass to have a custom sliding glass door made for my 6x3x3 vivarium. Was supposed to take 2 weeks, got it in 6 days. Measurements were exact and price was less than I expected. Highly recommend!”
