“I had a great stay! The location was super convenient, right between Providence and Newport, making it easy to explore both areas and spend time with friends and family over the weekend. The room was clean and spacious, especially for the affordable price. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Overall, I think it’s definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay while exploring Rhode Island. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back!”

“Ok, first of all, this is basically a Residence Inn. The rooms are modern, clean, beautiful and VERY well furnished. It has a full kitchen (set, point, match). I'm actually a little bit upset at myself for going out to eat and violating my diet when clearly I didn't have to. The room has a full kitchen. Bed is perfect. There's a desk that is just right for getting work done. There's a little sofa with chaise. There's a closet with storage and shelf space. I could not be any happier with the accomodations here. This hotel is not the closest hotel to my destination, but I absolutely WILL be staying here again. Love, love, LOVE it!!!”

“Stayed here a few days on the way to another location. Aesthetics and Scent - very modern and trendy looking. Fresh decor and very inviting. I just wanted to touch all the furniture due to how nice and quality looking they presented. From the very start as we entered, the “smell” in the lobby and entire hotel on our way to our room was AMAZING! My family and I noticed that immediately! Not common in most Marriott brands but this location got it right! Staff - I want to give a massive shoutout to ADRYANNA (front desk) and Derrick (housekeeping) for their attention to detail. Adryanna has this innate ability to handle stressful situations and people with “interesting” personalities. Derrick was just top notch as he would check on customers even though he was multitasking. Due to his professionalism and compassion, I was shocked when I realized he was not management. That SHEER evidence of professionalism at this location. The staff rock! Location - accessible to all the major routes and highways and every stores or items you need (retail, restaurants, etc) Overall, this was place was amazing. I am not paid by them nor am I an affiliate just a hotel snob who was bracing for the worst based on the 4 star rating but got a 5 star experience from the beginning to the end of our stay!”

“No frills, affordable place to stay. I like it here. Walmart, the mall, and many other stores are right down the street. The bus stop is out front and will get you to Fall River or New Bedford and anywhere in between relatively quick. Say hi to the managers dog Nico.”

“This is where I currently reside. Absolutely love it here, comes with amazing features. Being on the other side of the bridge stinks for traffic reasons, but I'll make that accommodation for the luxuries I have here, for a university campus.”

“I can’t complain great spot great location and super friendly, one thing I definitely will agree from past reviews here is the water quality & it’s dated back to 4yrs ago & water is still brown so idk what’s the deal with that but I went to Walmart to buy gallons of water for me & my partner to bathe due to the water being brown & it’s nasty to shower in. So yeah that’s why I gave it a 4 star review but other than the water this place is very nice clean & friendly staff”
