“I recently had to transfer a prescription from my local CVS to the location at Brayton Pt. Rd. due to availability issues. I realized that there was an error on my refills after returning home. I returned to the pharmacy the following day and was greeted by Lauren. She was absolutely amazing on how she handled the situation. She listened to me and my concerns and fixed it in a friendly and professional manner. The female pharmacist was very helpful and efficient also. In my experience with many pharmacies it seems that nobody cares about their job and the people they help. Lauren has restored my faith in humanity on how she does her job. She is an asset to this store!”
“I've been going here for years. Everyone is friendly. They remember my name, ask about my children, they are very kind. With Rite Aid closing looks like a lot of new hires, and they are obviously a lot busier. Instead of everyone complaining, I think our town should let the new staff get use to their new roles, especially in the pharmacy. You are doing a great job 👔
