Miranda is the manager there and her in the staff are so helpful and compassionate. this facility is used for a major life transition and they have been with me to help support my storage needs was one unit then two then three then back to two then to one. I'm so appreciated of Miranda and Prime storage for all they have done that continue to do to help realize the best option options for my storage needs both with cost and making the unit units within as close distance as possible They really have gone above and beyond and I appreciate them so much in a stressful situation. The young woman I spoke with was kind and informative, and made a note for the questions that she was not able to answer for the owner to call me back. I received a call back from Emmet Kane the same day, and he was very accommodating. He answered all of my questions and gave me multiple suggestions that could work for me. At this time, I am able to keep everything at the business garage we have been operating out of for a decade, but I am glad to know that this will be a good option when I need the storage.”

“My children and I had gotten stuck right outside the self storage and Verna was so so sweet and helped me and my children and was so helpful and gave me coloring stuff and such while I waited with my children for AAA. I am so grateful and just shows the type of people that work at RT. 6 self storage ! Will definitely be coming here for my storage needs!”
“The owner is responsive to phone calls and easy to work with, and it’s affordable. The only downside is that the storage units aren’t completely clean. The floor of the storage units is dusty and the roof is made of wires, so it’s possible for pigeons to sit on top and p*** on your stuff. It doesn’t happen often, but just to be safe, if you want to avoid the pigeons you should choose a storage unit farther away from the doors, and close the doors after you’re done moving your stuff to keep the pigeons out. We had a storage unit extremely close to the doors. After a month of using the storage unit there was a small white stain on one of our items.”

“Hello. Long time customer of different locations, first time using the app and the cape rd . Location in Taunton. The facility was spotless and very organized. I can not say enough positive things about the uhaul employee who was working behind the counter when I walked in . He was unbelievably professional in his appearance and his actions. He treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He was also incredibly, friendly, polite and all and all was actually a pleasure meeting him . My only regret was that I didn't catch his name. Whoever was the employee working behind the counter yesterday between 11am to 3pm (the times I was there for pickup and drop off) was incredible. I truly can't say enough positive things about my entire experience from start to finish dealing with that particular employee and the 35 Cape rd location in Taunton. Thankyou for making my entire experience a fantastic one. I will undoubtedly recommend this particular location to anyone who needs any moving, storage, equipment etc needs . To bad i can't give more than 5 stars.”
