“We had Long Moving help us move recently out of a house we had occupied for 15 years. The team of people at Long Movers is first rate. From the outset Brandon was instantly available to come by and view what we had to move. His communications with us via email, text or voice through the initial planning and then through the moving process was first class. When moving day came, Alan the team leader was fantastic. Alan was ready to answer any questions, and he got his team working in seconds. He packed out or belongings with care and attention in the trucks, all the while directing his team on what to do next. Every one of the Long team members we interacted with were polite, caring and all worked very hard. It was a pleasant experience despite how tough it is to endure a move. When the team arrived out our new home with their trucks full of our belongings, it was a cold and rainy day. But despite the long walkway up a hill to the house, the team worked trough it. They were careful to protect our belongings from the rain, and they moved swiftly to get the trucks emptied and our items placed where they belonged in our new home. Moving is a very disruptive thing to do, and Alan once again was on point while directing his team. Alan made sure all went as well as can be. There was one small mishap, and Hunter one of the team members reported to us that he had an issue with a framed picture, and the glass broke. Honest and contrite, we assured him it was no big deal. Most everyone on the team deserves a well done. In conclusion, we are happy to recommend Alan and his team of movers.”
