“Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”

“George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”

“I had my glass replaced here 3 or so years ago and it was such a seamless experience. The glass looked pristine and the process was simple. They replaced all the stickers that were on the glass and everything looked flawless.

A minuscule pebble recently hit my windshield when driving on a local interstate and my mechanic let me know I wouldn’t pass my state inspection that is quickly approaching. I found this business starred in my Google Maps and called them up to get it replaced again years later.

Working with Steven is such a delight. I gave the business a call and he let me know everything I need to do to prepare for the replacement. I sent him my registration and gave him the make and model for my vehicle and he’s setting up the insurance claim and ordering the glass. We have an appointment scheduled for my next replacement!

“My auto mechanic recommended this shop to have my windshield replaced and I see why. This is a family-owned business and every aspect of my experience was outstanding. There was a question as to whether it could be repaired or required replacement in order to pass inspection and they explained that while technically it would pass with just a repair there was a high probability that it would "spider" and crack again definitely requiring replacement. They said it would take between 3 and 4 hours and that was exactly what it took. The shop also replaces and repairs any glass, not just automobiles; windows, mirrors, etc. I highly recommend it.”

“You know when you go someplace and the service, price and experience is so good, you kind of want to keep it to yourself? Well that was my first experience at Bennett St Tire this week. And I brought not one, but two cars to them.The first car we had in was my wife's Land Rover LR4 which needed to be aligned due to some front end parts being replaced. They said there would be a decent wait and then in less than an hour they were bringing her truck in. The tech stopped me to tell me the truck would not fit in the bay with our roof box on. I told him I could take it off quickly enough and rather than grumble like many other places would, Jeremy (their alignment tech) helped me take down the box. Then when the alignment was done, he put it back on without asking for my help. Amazing!The second truckwe had was due for new tires.We were driving on a failing set that was flat out dangerous. This truck is 16 years old and has aftermarket wheels so I wanted a very specific tire. D at the front desk gave me 3 great suggestions and in the end, I went with Falken Wildpeak AT Trails that I had wanted. I ordered the tires the next day over the phone with the owner Gary. He was super knowledgable and friendly. Great guy to talk tires with!I dropped our second truck for the tires the night before to avoid a scramble the next day. They called me at 10:20 to ask me a question and then were not done until 2:30. This was fine by me because I was not waiting there and would rather if be done right. In the end, they had trouble with my camber bolts which I will have my mechanic check out. The truck drives great though.As it turns out, our LR4 steering wheel is slightly off so we will back. That said, I had something done mechanically to the steering wheel with our mechanic so the issue could be that too.The price on the Falken Wildpeaks was more than good and fair and Susan at the front desk was also amazing throughout the process. Their location is not like a conventional 'chain' tire shop and that is part of what makes them great. Tucked away on Bennett St, finding this place feels a bit like finding the off the beaten path pizza joint. Highly recommend Bennett St Tires. Thank you Susan, Jeremy, Gary and team. “After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again.
