  Very bad service. They refused to exchange my customers' checks 3 times. They told me that when they can't speak to the customer, they don't exchange the check. Then they told me to go to another Citizens branch. I've never had any problems at another Citizens branch!!!

  I had a very positive experience with Martha and the manager of this branch. They brightened my day and efficiently fixed my problem. I recommend this branch!

  Somerville library recommended here for a free public notary but apparently you need to make an appointment. This fact is not noted anywhere, either on the website or in the bank itself.
