We had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Orangetheory Fitness Assembly Row during their recent Dri-Tri event to provide complimentary posture screenings—and we couldn’t be more impressed!

From start to finish, the staff was incredibly welcoming, organized, and passionate about creating a top-notch experience for their members. The energy in the studio was awesome, and it was clear that the entire OTF community is driven, supportive, and committed to health and fitness.

A big thank you to the coaches and management for making us feel like part of the team. We had amazing conversations with members who were eager to learn more about posture, spinal health, and performance—an inspiring reflection of the wellness culture Orangetheory fosters every day.

“I really enjoys Sharon’s class, it’s a fun work out that leaves you surprisingly sore. She switches it up week to week and explains all the modifications and how things should feel well. Zoe’s yoga class is my favorite, I always find her class to be just the right amount of challenging and she is a very good teacher.”

“I was a member in summer of 2019 and recently dropped in to one of Molly's classes after a 5 year hiatus. Because I acquired an incomplete spinal chord injury in 2022, dropping into CrossFit gyms can be a challenge; but I had a wonderful experience! I gave them a heads up with information about my disability a couple of days before class. I also showed up 15 minutes early to talk to Molly. Overall, friendly and supportive vibes—had several nice conversations pre and post workout. Molly was really good at going over the workout, talking about proper form (points of performance) and stimulus (goal reps/scores). I was the only adaptive athlete and I felt included and had great workout!”

“Member for almost a year, have been very pleased with the whole experience. The gym programs consistent, challenging workouts that are a great mix of strength and HIIT/cardio, keeps things fresh and interesting.The coaches are very welcoming, small class formats mean you get eyes on you and feedback for more technical movements, excellent for beginnersThe community is young, inclusive, and fun!
