“A Fantastic Collaboration with Orangetheory Fitness Assembly Row!

We had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Orangetheory Fitness Assembly Row during their recent Dri-Tri event to provide complimentary posture screenings—and we couldn’t be more impressed!

From start to finish, the staff was incredibly welcoming, organized, and passionate about creating a top-notch experience for their members. The energy in the studio was awesome, and it was clear that the entire OTF community is driven, supportive, and committed to health and fitness.

A big thank you to the coaches and management for making us feel like part of the team. We had amazing conversations with members who were eager to learn more about posture, spinal health, and performance—an inspiring reflection of the wellness culture Orangetheory fosters every day.

We’re proud to support such a dedicated fitness community and look forward to future collaborations!

“Would be cool if there were videos of solutions to the climbs, but anyway BPJ has great staff, great amenities, wifi, seating, shoe rentals, nice yoga room and fitness equipment!”

“How are you supposed to review your favorite place?I've been coming to Fly Together Fitness Somerville since July 2021. Since then I've done several public performances, learned a ton of moves, and discovered a great community.More than anything, I feel safe learning at Fly Together Fitness. I feel safe being there as a man, knowing I'm in a room that welcomes all kinds of people and bodies. I feel safe learning advanced techniques and combos because the studio instructors are so skilled and safety-conscious. I feel safe expressing myself and bringing my own style to pole, because the community here is so supportive.I've taken classes at a dozen studios around the world, and I can say that Fly Together has the best curriculum to take a student from their first class up to accomplishing the hardest technical tricks. The studio has structured levels, with a specific move list for each one, so that every student in a class has a solid foundation for the techniques to come. The instructors aren't afraid to push you, but every move is shown with modifications and alternatives, so that everyone can make progress from where they're at. There are conditioning and flexibility classes to help students develop the capacity for more difficult tricks, as well as flow and choreography classes that help you squeeze the most expression out of your dance routine.Did I mention that the studio has public performances, a choreography-writing class for those who want to improve their competition or showcase pieces, and social pole-jams throughout the year?If you've been thinking of trying pole, or you're a veteran looking for a new studio to call home, I cannot recommend Fly Together Fitness enough.”

“TL;DR: I feel (and run) stronger, and I feel better about myself. Joining Commonwealth was the best decision I made when I moved here. Would absolutely recommend dropping in for a couple of classes to anyone who's on the fence.

As a runner, this is how I get my strength training in, and I love it. In the past, I haven't been very motivated to commit to strength training before because I get bored with the same routine 2-3 days/week. With CrossFit, every day has a different workout that focusses on something different, and it's been great! I've really pushed my limits, and both my running and lifting has gotten stronger. It feels good to feel strong.

As a newcomer to the Boston area and CrossFit, I was a little intimidated, but the coaches and owners have been fantastic! They guided me through new movements, helped me scale workouts to my ability level, and never made me feel like an outsider. There's a lot of camaraderie at Commonwealth, and it's the first place I made friends after moving to this area. I look forward to going to the gym and tackling whatever the workout is.

4 years ago, I broke my ankle, and I have plates and screws on both sides. My range of motion on that side has been limited ever since. But after 6 months at Commonwealth CrossFit, I've regained a lot of mobility I never thought I'd be able to get back. It's exciting!”

“Member for almost a year, have been very pleased with the whole experience. The gym programs consistent, challenging workouts that are a great mix of strength and HIIT/cardio, keeps things fresh and interesting. The coaches are very welcoming, small class formats mean you get eyes on you and feedback for more technical movements, excellent for beginnersThe community is young, inclusive, and fun! Very open to newcomers”

“I really enjoys Sharon’s class, it’s a fun work out that leaves you surprisingly sore. She switches it up week to week and explains all the modifications and how things should feel well. Zoe’s yoga class is my favorite, I always find her class to be just the right amount of challenging and she is a very good teacher.”
