“John at the Sommerville, MA location is great - I had to help my sick college-aged daughter with a project. She is the maker, not me. John was thoughtful, and professional, and helped me with a solution that worked well for my family. He is a trained electrician so he was able to give great advice. Another customer (sorry guys - a male) got irritated that he was helping me solve a problem. John was calm, prioritized my support, and tried to guide the customer to service. All to say, we people of a certain age are normally ignored. John understood what needed to get done and took the time to help direct me to the right products at HomeDepot for the job. Thank you!”
