The entire staff were extremely capable and friendly. I was also very pleased to find out that they make sure to carry a large assortment of metric cutting tools, this isn't the easiest to find here in the US. John was thoughtful, and professional, and helped me with a solution that worked well for my family. He is a trained electrician so he was able to give great advice. Another customer (sorry guys - a male) got irritated that he was helping me solve a problem. John was calm, prioritized my support, and tried to guide the customer to service.
