    Merging Bill Pay was a complete disaster that should have been anticipated. We are leaving HUECU b/c of the poor assistance with this problem It has taken over 2 months!!!

    It is literally impossible to buy airline tickets using a HUECU card--my transactions are always declined despite having enough money in my account--and HUECU is never able to fix the problem.

    Worst banking experience of my life. They even got my account number wrong--something you should be able to expect a bank to get right. Terrible customer service--it's like they're embarrassed they keep messing up, but instead of correcting the problems, stick their head in the sand.
