He walked me through the shopping process and helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget. The store was having a good sale too, I got a free adjustable bed frame with purchase. I also appreciate that mattress firm offers a white glove delivery and setup service. I think it’s definitely worth the extra cost to alleviate some of the work of moving!”
“I recently bought a mattress in February but after a few months I decided to take advantage of the 120 day sleep trial. I was having a bit of back/side pain so I came back to upgrade. I met with Shawn who helped me with my first purchase. I tested out more mattresses at the store and decided to upgrade to the Dream Cloud PressureSmart Technology Plush Pillow top. The exchange paperwork was super easy and I scheduled my delivery for two days later. The drivers came and removed my old mattress and set up the new one. I’m very pleased and happy and had a great night’s sleep. Thank you Shawn for all your help!”

We had a very specific need — the kind where another mattress store literally told us, “Oh, you need to go to Watertown Mattress. They’ll have whatever it is you’re looking for.” And boy, were they right.
Their inventory is incredible. But even more incredible? Mike.
From the moment I called, Mike didn’t just “know his stuff” — he was genuinely warm, kind, and so deeply helpful. You could feel that he actually cared. Not in a transactional, “let me make the sale” kind of way, but in a real, human way. He listened. He understood exactly what we needed. He made us feel taken care of. It honestly feels like you just don’t find stores like this anymore — where it’s not some arbitrary transaction, but a true connection. The kind of place that builds community, not just a customer list. And as new parents trying to get out of the house with a baby, his patience and flexibility (even staying open a little late for us!) meant more than I can say.
This was truly a 100 out of 10 experience. I would go back hands down anytime — and I’ll be sending anyone and everyone I know straight to Mike. He’s just wonderful.”

“A followup visit. Two Vterinarians and three staff members converged on the case. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Visit included a detailed physical exam, abdominal ultrasound exam, discussion of findings of the exam:, an IV drug administration, and a topical medication. Ultrasound was forwarded to our primary care vet. All this was conducted with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.”

My son is moving into a rental house on June 1, but he won't receive the keys until 10:00 a.m. The mattress delivery window is between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., so I was concerned about the possibility of the delivery arriving before he could access the house.
Valerie went above and beyond to help. She made multiple attempts to communicate with the delivery team to ensure they were aware of the timing issue and did everything she could to accommodate our request. She also helped me apply a discount code I had found online, which was greatly appreciated.

“I have been dealing with back and neck pain for many years and we owned a zero gravity chair for over 20 years which we wanted to upgrade. The store manager, Julian greeted us who was extremely knowledgeable showing us the different products and features of each chair. He asked pertinent questions to make sure the chair fit our needs and wants, such as articulating headrest, lumbar support, extra wide armrests, which my existing chair did not have. I found this extremely helpful choosing the right chair to fit our needs.
We finally settled on the Andrew Leblanc Novas 3.0 powered chair. He showed us different leather swatches, explained delivery dates, warranties, and was never pushy. It was an extreme pleasure dealing with Julian from start to finish.
The Novus chair should be delivered in a few weeks. I can't wait.
