“Jesse did an amazing job of salesmanship today. He helped me find the exact couch I needed, and even Evyn made the honest recommendation not to pull a credit report, And to come back. As a salesman that takes guts and he just developed a Great customer relationship with me. I will be back to purchase a couch directly through Jesse only and I will be recommending this to peers. Thanks again!”

“Shawn at Mattress Firm in Cambridge and Luis at Mattress Firm Back Bay were both extremely helpful, kind, and patient as we tried a number of mattresses over several visits. Each was the perfect combination of informative and at the same time allowed us time to make up our own minds. We did not feel at all pressured and in the end were very pleased with the deal they gave us. We will be back. Thank you. Follow-up: We purchased a second mattress and just now a third mattress from Mark at Back Bay Mattress Firm. In each case Mark was extremely helpful and easy to work with, arranging the best deal available for us, and even price-matching another site. I am very grateful and happy with our experience at Back Bay Mattress Firm.”

“Luis made me feel welcomed like a family member who is extremely hospitable. I’ve never experienced such personable attitude anywhere. As soon as I met him I knew he would go far and beyond to solve my issue. I just moved to Boston. Movers lost the legs to our adjustable base. Sure enough he provided the solutions to perfection. When I’m in the market to buy a new mattress I’ll be looking for Luis! Thank you for your phenomenal customer service!!!”

“Remarkably wonderful and easy purchase.... we looked at two other mattress salesrooms and this was by far the best experience. Lilli was so knowledgeable and helpful. Once I told her what we wanted, she pointed us to 3 mattresses all of which were terrific. She made the decision easy and we were impressed with her and how quickly she figured out what we were looking for. We really liked the return/exchange policy as well. This was a terrific experience.”

“Experienced several mattresses that if I bought online I would have been greatly dissapponted which has narrowed down our choices. Our salesman, Pearl, was knowledgeable but also gave us space to be by ourselves.”

“I really appreciated how easy mattress shopping was here. No lab coat gimmicks, just simple questions and prompts. No one tried to upsell us, and we were given plenty of time to decide. The associates have some discretion with honoring older or other companies sales, so definitely ask questions about price. Many mattresses are in stock and have fast shipping.”

“I was in the market for a new mattress because I’ll be moving from Brighton over to Newton with my girlfriend. I originally was doing some research online and considering Mattress Firm, Bob’s, etc., but something just didn’t feel right with the high prices at those stores. I’m so glad I stopped into this place on a whim. I was able to try out a few mattresses without feeling any pressure to buy that day, and ultimately, being a simple guy, I just needed a place to lay my body at night. I wasn’t fishing for a bottom-of-the-barrel price or mattress. I genuinely wanted a quality product without all the markup and marketing hype you see with a lot of the big-name retailers. When I decided to come back a little later in the day with my girlfriend, we ended up getting a really good mattress for a very fair price. Mike, the salesman, was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. That little bit of personal touch goes a long way in the sales business, and ultimately we’re very happy with our purchase. I don’t often write a lot of reviews, but the experience was so painless that I figured it was the least I could do. I would highly recommend just giving them a chance. Yeah, the store layout may seem a little all over the place, but when you’ve got beds flying off the floor because of great deals and good service, I don’t blame them for having things a little cluttered. They’re too busy making their customers happy. As my mother always told me, don’t judge a book by its cover. Never thought I’d have such a great experience buying a mattress, but here we are 😁🤝”

“This was an amazing experience from Billy at the Revilla store accommodating me. What are in a mattress at 7 PM and having it delivered the next morning. Speaks volumes on the customer service. The delivery was seamless. The drivers were amazing, very friendly, and super efficient. Pricing on the mattress for the quality that I received is also top-notch. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I originally had ordered from another mattress company and it was to be delivered today, and the night before they had the wrong address for my delivery and they only concern was pulling the mattress off the truck and I would not be getting my mattress on the day that I needed it. That was unacceptable to me, and that’s why I called this company who was amazing. Don’t bother with the other companies, just go right to this company.”

“We are so glad we went to Gardner Mattress after doing some mattress shopping at other stores so we could really compare. What a difference! Erik has a laid back, low pressure approach to sales, and I think part of it is his confidence in the product. It sells itself. We appreciated not being up sold or pushed in any particular direction beyond some guidance on which ones might meet our needs. We were given time and space to ourselves to really find something we were happy with. We settled on a nice organic king size bed. We knew it would be an upgrade, but didn't realize what a game changer it would be for us. It's so comfortable and firm, and we love that it can be rotated and flipped. We have only had it for a few days, but we can tell it's the right one for us. These have been the best few nights of sleep I've had in many years. Delivery was great too! The guys were careful, very nice, and right on time too. I will happily recommend Gardner Mattress to anyone who is in the market for a new mattress. This was a really positive experience for us.”

“I just received the mattresses from a local mattress manufacturer in Boston. The quality is excellent, and the softness and hardness are just right. I am very satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Moreover, the delivery person was very nice. Although the door-to-door delivery service costs $95 and the recycling of old mattresses costs $25, it is worth it.”

“We have had a Bedworks floating platform for more than a decade. It’s sturdy and beautiful. We highly recommend it. But recently we added a Bedworks mid-firm foam mattress (35 high resilience) and it’s exactly what we wished for. We love it! It was a bit firm upfront so we added a 1’ inch medium firm latex topper (go for latex not other materials that do nothing and no more than 1’ if not it will be too soft) and the combination is ideal. Both affordable (even with the topper) and light enough (40+ pounds) to turn over. Much better than most higher priced, super heavy mattress out there. For anyone with chronic back pain, go check them out. Thanks Khat!”
