“I was having problem looking for a hair grayed away touch up pencil. I have asked two male employees, and both of them just told me to head to a a specific aisle. But I still didn't find it, not one of those two employees bother to even ask me if I found it. , until one female employee passed by and asked me if am doing OK & if I need any help. She helped me all the way, escorted me and didn't stop until we found what am looking for. What an amazing worker with an A+ customer service. She was also demonstrating a good command of leadership. She knows how to take care & please a customer. She is definitely a great asset to CVS company. It is definitely very hard to find such an excellent employee with such dedication & strong desire to truly help their daily customers from all walks of life. I made sure, I asked her name and wrote her name. She is a young woman who possessed a great charming and jolly personality. Her name is Shierra Bakirci. She works at CVS Assembly Row. If I could give her more stars, I would.Cordially,Mary”

“Emma, Renee, and everyone else on the team here are amazing. I moved and tried to switch to a different CVS and it was kind of disastrous. So I switched back to here and am driving from farther away because my situation is complicated and they are so competent. Literally the best pharmacy I've ever had. I would give them a million stars for all the help they've given me. If you have a chronic illness or a complicated health situation, you'll be in good hands here.”

“I was pleasantly greeted by staff at CVS in Somerville, asked if I needed assistance, she quickly directed me to my needs and I was out of the store within 2 minutes. I always have a great experience with the staff at this store”

“Best Walgreens around. Always have things on sale as well as having constant great prices on things like toilet paper (4 big rolls $1.99), paper towels (Pack of 2 rolls $1.99) cereals ( buy one get one free), and if you like bags of whole cashews 8.5 ounces $2.99! You'll see and come back regularly.”

“Got some vaccinations at their pharmacy! The staff were so kind and helpful. The process was quick and easy, plus they let me wait in the room after I got vaccinated since I’d walked there and was a bit dizzy, staff even checked on me to make sure I was okay. Would definitely come back for future vaccines!”

“This store is well stocked and pristine. People are always going to have pharmacy/health insurance/doctor related issues, giving this Walgreens 1 star for that is not a fair review of this store, and people should have more self control and be honest ADULTS. You dont just 1 star a place cuz a pharmacy issue considering all the factors involved. It is 100 times better stocked and organized than Central Square. They have a nice photo lab section and the employees are extremely friendly. This store has a huge variety of items, its neat and clean and well stocked. You could spend a while looking at all the stuff here. They even have a nice toy/game section. If you had an issue with this pharmacy, do you think CVS at CENTRAL SQUARE is going to do any better?!

Someone literally wrote:

"Front staff is a 10 but the people in the pharmacy are the most unwelcoming people....so they a 1 out of 10!"

Well if front is 10 (5 stars) and pharmacy is 0 (1 star) then thats a solid 3 stars if you knew math, or how to be honest! (Sum of the two numbers=6 Count/divided by=2 Median=3)”

“We went in for passport photos for two people after being rejected at other places like in east boston. A very sweet lady, helped us immediately was super nice we did had to go back because the pictures were “too far” according to the USPS and she helped us again very nice without having to pay it again. But we were treated super nice comparing to the last place we went to.”

“The QR code wasn't working on my phone so y'all are gonna have to settle for this google review instead.

Today I was helped by Madeline and Alexander. Madeline was extremely quick to help me out and even had the manufacturer's coupon on hand already that I needed applied to my prescription. Alexander was great as well (and is the reason I'm writing this review - thanks for the reminder)

This is extremely overdue for Taylor, Ashanti, Madeline, and the other Black tech who's name I sincerely apologize for not remembering at the moment. Every time I'm there, which is far more often than I care to admit, they're all extremely helpful. Straight to the point and willing to answer as many questions as needed. Taylor especially has been extremely patient with me as I've had to duke it out with my insurance on multiple occasions, once having to take my phone quite a few times when my insurance rep had questions because at that point I was already asking for my insurance's clinician's license number. I've only directly talked to Madeline once or twice, but from all the times I've had to hang out at the pharmacy you can tell she really cares about her team and her patients. I don't try to eavesdrop, but more often than not I hear her actively helping educate her team while they work through orders and calls together. My favorite bit of information I've learned is that vets don't have NPI numbers, which can make following up on scripts quite interesting at times.

To the team on the ground - keep it up. You're fantastic and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

To CVS corporate - give them all raises and amend your staffing model to have the appropriate number of team members for the patient load. They work too hard and care too much to not have the support that they deserve.”
