  Had a great experience at public storage! The facility, lock and key was ready upon move in. Unit is bright, clean and air conditioned. Move-out was smooth as well. Want to give a big kudos to the manager at this location. Michael was friendly, patient, and very responsive during business hours.

  Don’t fall for their shiny “half-off” bait. Within three months they doubled my rent, claiming they sent an email I never received. Miss rent on the 1st? By the 2nd you’ll have staff blowing up your phone — apparently “grace period” isn’t in their vocabulary.
  
  Not enough carts, so you’re left hauling your stuff out on your own. I’ve used storage before and never had my rate skyrocket this way.
  
  Public Storage should just be honest and adopt one of these slogans:
  
  “Where your rent goes up faster than your blood pressure.”
  
  “They don’t manage storage — they manage legalized robbery.”
  
  “Your stuff collects dust while your bill multiplies.”
  
  “If you like surprise rent hikes and zero grace, this is your place. Otherwise, run.”
  
  Public Storage doesn’t store your belongings — they rob your wallet.

  No Carts. Not 2 carts, out of over 5000 units! Ridiculous! How to move? Walk each box from Eli store to your space? With all the $$$ they make per month, to only have Two Carts is Terrible!

  Be very careful if planning to rent long term from this company. Price starts out as agreed and suddenly starts climbing to a ridiculous amount. In 5 years our unit has gone from $150 a month to $350. It’s insane.

  We are new to Public Storage and did not know what to expect. We were blown away by the excellent level of customer service. Bill addressed all our questions and provided a thorough orientation to accessing our space and navigating the security system. Bill provided us the assurance we needed to store our belongings with sufficient peace of mind.

  They never made my refund, and I called and says that they were not noted for a refund when the manager call me to tell me that he was going to refund me

  Great facility! Very clean and Bill is very helpful with transfers and customer service.

  The location really needs more carts. Half the time when you shop up you should be prepared to haul your stuff by hand to your unit.
  
  The floors were also super dirty and if you dropped something on the ground it would be covered in dust. It seems like they dont regularly vacuum or mop the facility.
  
  The only upside is the property managers were friendly and helpful.
