“3 associates were very kind and went out of their way today to help me retrieve my online order from a truck that was being processed. While I was waiting off to the side of the registers for them to locate my order a woman came in looking to return some shoes she’d ordered online but had deleted her receipt. She demanded a refund be processed because her credit card statement verified her purchase even though she couldn’t find her order number. All 3 associates attempted to help her with patience and grace even while she raised her voice at them and became increasingly combative. My transaction had been completed before the irate woman’s return had been resolved but the associates all deserve some acknowledgement for how they handled an unsinkable attitude such as the woman who refused to produce a receipt, refused to drive to another store to return the item she’d brought in (it isn’t stocked at this location), and complained continuously about hating adidas/retail workers in general.”
