In a sea of snow experts fitted in premium, professional technical snow gear, we received an overabundance of compliments on our Columbia gear left, right and center! It was that reveal you were talking about! We were the subject of so many camera lens! We certainly looked the part, so we assumed the part and most importantly, we were so warm! Between the cold, the extreme sport and the mountain height, I'm not sure which had me most afraid! It least you were able to solve for one of my biggest fears! LOL

“Eric is hands down the best shoe retail rep I have ever encountered. I walked into Reebok curious and skeptical about their products and with no intention of making a purchase or spending over 10 minutes in the store. Eric invested his time and energy to educate me about shoe wear technology and over multiple hours suggested nearly a dozen options to consider (while simultaneously knocking out his inventory duties). Eric went so above and beyond that I called my wife and kids to come into the store and find a pair of shoes to buy. Eric set my wife up with the the last pair in her size (floor model) and Eric went to the back to find my daughter her unique size. I even bought some shorts before checkout!
