“This is more of a review for their sales person Grace. Went in needing new running shoes and thought the 1080s were my solution. Thanks to Grace she offered to do the 3D foot scan, knew exactly what shoe was perfect for my feet (860s) and even helped me get a wider pair which fit my feet like a glove. The entire free foam wall can be overwhelming but any shoe I asked her about, she had the answer to. Gave her advice as a runner and her experience with all the different models of shoes. In the end the 860s were the best for me.
For a flagship I wish they had more options and inventory but you can go to the outlet right down the road and they have a wide selection of clothing.”

“Reviewing with how they actually dealt with a mistake. I had made several purchases in store, one of which I carried out and the rest was supposed to be shipped. They mistakenly marked several of the items as purchase in store, which meant I didn’t not receive them in person or in the mail. I called them up and the issue was resolved withing five minutes. Excellent customer service!”
“I had a good experience at the store. The only thing I would say is there was no option for a print-out receipt, so I had to give them my name and email, which caused me to immediately start getting marketing emails that I never signed up for, as well as a request to set up my password. Not the staff's fault, but would be nice to just get my receipt and not have to get spam marketing emails.”
“December Thieves is an absolute gem of a store -- but what makes it truly unique and wonderful for me are the private shopping appointments.
While I love beautiful things -- jewelry, fabrics, clothes -- I have a very difficult time shopping for clothes for myself. I have spent too many years trying to make myself fit into images created by fast fashion brands and finally realized that I couldn't do that anymore.
I had shopped at December Thieves before and found pieces that I loved -- so when I saw that I could book an hour to explore what clothing would make me feel most like myself -- most magical -- when I wear it, I decided to go for it.
If you are considering a shopping appointment -- please do it. If something didn't work for me, I just set it aside until I found something that made me feel amazing (that ended up being two blouses and a dramatic split skirt). The team at December Thieves was so skilled in making sure the experience was positive and was totally invested in making it about what I loved and what felt good on me. I am so truly thankful for that.
I have worn the outfits I bought in September multiple times now and every time I wear them I feel powerful and magical! I hope the same for everyone!”

“When I originally called I asked if they had a Nike tech available for a kids birthday I was going to. She told me they had a “ton in stock” in the color I wanted. I got there and they didn’t even have 1. The store is pretty big … despite the size of it there’s not a great selection of shoes / clothing. Workers were quick with getting me a new size after I purchased a size down in sneakers”
