However, December Thieves management promptly addressed and resolved UPS failure to process and deliver my package. Fortunately, I received my significantly delayed order immediately following December Thieves proactive actions. I highly commend management for their professional, personable, and quality customer service (which of course, is vital to maintaining established customers, cultivating new ones, and increasing business productivity and revenue).”

“My wife and I went there to buy a pair of cowboy boots. We were greeted by Monica, she was willing to go thru many pairs of boots to make sure we found one that fit right, even brought us a plastic bag to help slide the boot on. Never seemed put out by my wife trying on many pairs of boots. Attentive the whole time, even gave us bottles of water. Found the perfect pair of boots on sale. “It’s always part of my Christmas shopping tradition to come to this under armour at the prudential center. Every year, I usually find something I like and will wear, whether it be athletic pants or a workout jacket. It’s a pretty big store so it has the room to hold lots of stuff. However, they redid the store and some point and so it doesn’t always make a whole lot of sense to me. They have this large empty space in the back upstairs that I feel like I always see being empty. Not sure what they’re trying to do with that space, but it just doesn’t have a great look. Changing rooms are spacious, but are usually really warm and the floor is often dirty.”

“I've been to Orchard a few times now, and I've loved it every time. My boyfriend is more into skateboarding than me, but they've always treated me with kindness regardless. The shop is clean, has a great selection, and everyone who works there knows their stuff. I actually just ordered a pair of Converse CONS Fastbreak Pros and they shipped almost immediately and got to me in record time! They arrived in pretty much perfect condition, not even a dent in the box. Definitely will buy from here again next time I need a pair of kicks!”
